I have a sensitive back, so the bed and pillows didn't work for me. Not the accommodations fault at all.

The location is perfect. Although everything is close, this spot puts you in the middle of town. Very safe and secure (I was traveling alone this time). Absolutely everything you need is there! Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom had ur necessary toiletries in case you forgot your shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Electric blanket and an aircon ensured there was no chance of me getting cold. 😊 The breakfast was superb!!!👌🏼

An absolute gem! Very comfortable, home from home. Breakfast was a real treat. The facilities are a treasure trove of old style with beautiful wooden floors and furniture, and the bathrooms are so beautifully finished. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back

What a truly lovely warm welcome from Vicky. Thank you for your lovely warm welcome and was so lovely meeting you. The accommodation is set in these wonderful old homes with wooden doors and lovely touches of years gone by. All rooms and bedding towels and amenities are very well appointed. Also a very big thank you to Mary-Anne for the most wonderful breakfast. We highly recommend this property for the efficient friendly service and location.

The property need some TLC in terms of paint, water damage, etc., but nothing major. We would prefer a flat sheet, rather than a duvet. The aircon did help with the heat in the room, but we prefer not to sleep with an aircon, due to health reasons.

Ensuite room with bathroom in authentic karoo house in a quiet area of Graaff Reinet. Walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops. The room was very spacious and comfortable. A hearty karoo breakfast was served. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Secure off-street parking is available.

We had a magnificent cottage steeped in history and so interesting. Staff very friendly we had the most scrumptious breakfast made for us. A stunning stay. We loved Graaf Reinet and surrounding areas. Absolutely delightful 😊

Just a suggestion- Although the property was well equipped, I suggest that soft duck feather pillows should also be available for a more comfortable night’s rest for guests that do not prefer the firm foam pillows.

Beautifully restored property in a peaceful area. The friendly hostess welcomed us upon arrival and made us feel at home. Graaff-Reinet never disappoints!

We had a lovely stay at Cypress Cottages. Nicky was very welcoming. Veronica cooked and served us delicious breakfasts each morning. The garden was very peaceful to sit in on the hot afternoons.
