We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe process of getting keys at reception was long as they made mistakes on my booking. I booked 2 units for my family. I specifically told them it must be next to each other but our units were far apart. We found broken things in the unit, and the lady who was cleaning accused us. The cleaning lady was not nice at all.
My kids enjoy heated pool and playing games. We also managed to see other tourists destinations around the area like God's windows n Graskop George. The weather was nice too

South AfricaThe staff at the lodge aren't well trained in hospitality. When we arrived there was a power outage which nobody informed us about. It would have been nice if the receptionist mentioned it to us. The on-site restaurant is average. The dinner wasn't very good. Breakfast was good, though. Maybe this lodge is nice if you're planning on hiking or participating in their activities. As a one night stopover, I feel I could have gotten better value for money elsewhere. The booking system is also inconvenient as you have to do a bank transfer instead of paying on booking.com.
The location is beautiful and there is a restaurant on site. The unit was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
