Very nice modern rooms, great breakfast with great views

We loved it. This was our 3rd time here and we will be back. The locations is the best, just a cross from an amazing beach. The rooms are spacious and so stunning. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is so so nice. We just feel so rested and relaxed after we have been here. Its definitely one of our favorite places to stay.

The pool by Cottage Pie had been drained but no one had said on booking or in advance. Luckily we only stayed for a night but had we stayed for longer it would have been a bit frustrating that the pool that was advertised wasn’t available. The only other area that could be improved was the odd unit in our room that looked like it was from an era of self catering. This wasn’t needed and slightly took away from the rest of the decor. The door to the room was also a little peculiar as it was on a step and rather difficult to open and close. These are only small things but were noticed by both my husband and me.

Lovely room and a good bathroom with a shower and a free standing bath. Little extras such as coffee pods and port were appreciated.

Nothing except walls of rooms are quite thin so you can hear people staying nearby.

Great location, near the beach & there were a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Excellent service from lovely staff. Good selection at breakfast.

I think they need to look at the small pool for the Cottage Pie residents. It seems to have a leak that requires daily topping up, resulting in cooler temperature than ideal. A small point that didn't detract from a lovely stay.

Everything was really nice. Nice room and splendid location overlooking Robberg beach. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff were efficient and very friendly. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was very enjoyable.

The room was quite shabby, broken drawer, horrible dirty rug, dated shabby kitchen, broken sofa, almost broken garden doors. Whole room needed refurbishment. No storage space for child clothes

Breakfast view was amazing. The bed was comfortable and large. The shower and bath worked well. Staff were very helpful. Pool was nice.

The walls were a little thin in the cottage pie so you could hear your neighbors room but it didn't really affect our stay.

The beach outside might be one of the best beaches in the world. The staff here were amazing and it was overall a lovely stay. The food was really good in the restaurant too.

The managers at the premises attitude to help and handling issues.

The financial management team where totally out of line with the demand to claim payment before the specific time as per Booking.com specifications. With phone calls and emails they have never even responded.
