We had gracious welcome and felt at home immediately!! Great decor in bedrooms and the rest of the house- kitchen had every tool/appliance you have/need in your own home!! Lots of special treats provided eg chocolates on the pillows , water, milk and ALL basics needed for a nice meal . Coffee was great. Braai area is well-equipped and pool was most welcome!! Situated near wine tram and few minutes' walk to shopping area. Location great - sunsets were to die for. Would have liked to stay a few more days!!

The only remark was that the couch wasn’t super comfortable to lay on (even though it looked amazing, but it was so old that it was hard to lay down on) and we had some rainy days, so missed a place to relax on.

We really liked this property for its location, spaciousness and the real bonus of good outdoor space and pool with fabulous views. It’s well equipped for wining and dining and the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

It was situated in a gorgeous setting with your own mini “vineyard”. The rooms were adequately proportioned and we even had our own private plunge pool.

The hosts were very helpful and the property was perfect for two couples. Very convenient for the wine tram and the local supermarket. Highly recommend this property.

It would have been nice if the rooms faced out to the mountains to have a great view, but we spent so little time at the accommodation with all of the activities in the town that it didn't make much of a difference.

There was everything that you could need at the accommodation. It's central and very easy to get to the main strip of the town! As well as the one Tram terminal - just check the line you're using as we had chosen one that was a bit further out.

The property is beautiful, comfortable and located in a beautiful area. We loved our stay at K’Gari and Franshhoek. The host was very nice and friendly, he went out of his way to make us comfortable and provided guidance on the region and local tips. I would highly recommend staying at K’Gari.

The location was perfect for Franschhoek and the wine tram. The view from the decking and pool was beautiful and relaxing. Ferdi and Melissa were very responsive and the personal touches made us feel very welcome. When I return to Franschhoek I would definitely stay again and would have no hesitation recommending Cottage K'Gari.

It was very comfortable, had fantastic views of the Franschhoek mountains, a sheep pasture and vineyards, and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and several extras. Definitely recommended.

If we are going to be ultra-picky then perhaps the jacuzzi/pool was a bit cold but the weather was unseasonal and the fence onto the field is a bit unsightly.

A lovely cottage with everything you could need, from sky tv to a plunge pool. Ferdi was a brilliant host and really helpful with suggestions on wine tasting, other things to do in the area and recommendations on alternative accommodation for friends. The cottage is just minutes from the centre of town and the wine tram. There is a spacious sun deck to unwind after a hard day touring the wineries with a spacious kitchen and entertaining area. The bedrooms are of good size with comfy beds and tastefully decorated. The en-suite in our bedroom was very nice. Load-shedding arrangements are very efficient and we felt in a very safe place with a very straight-forward system to get in and out of the gated community. Lovely views into and across the valley with sheep grazing in the field.

The accommodation was as neat as a pin, host was very welcoming. It felt like a home away from home. The place is prepared for loadshedding which was a great plus. Will definitely be staying here again when we in Franschoek for the next festival.

The property was fantastic - Bigger than we'd expected, perfectly comfortable and spacious - with a beautiful patio & pool overlooking the lovely sheep! It was beautifully situated within a short walk from the Franschhoek Wine Tram Terminal and the town - it was truly a dream location and made our trip so fuss-free. Ferdi was kind enough to allow us to park our car on-site before the tram departure, which really helped us relax knowing our vehicle was secure for the day.
