We booked for combined rooms because it was for 2 adults and 3 kids, but instead, we were told everything was booked even though I booked ahead. It kind of defeats the purpose of booking. The place is awesome, especially for the price, but better communication would be appreciated

They were very accommodating the price was fantastic there was a lady named benita who was absolutely wonderful I would definitely come back prices great and I would refer to many other people you only issue we have was that when we wanted to shower before we checked out there was no hot water but that's because all the people in the building had already used the water before checking out but they did give us a separate room just to shower and they are wonderful

The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I’d hoped. It wasn’t terrible, but it did affect the overall restfulness of the stay.

Easy to find, the room was clean, neighbourhoodquiet is quiet and I felt safe. I also appreciated the warm water, which made showers relaxing. Overall, the space was cosy and well-kept.

There was no toilet paper The Towels were not ideally supplied as ready in the room on my arrival. The guests arriving after me, were not observed for unsafe parking behavior. I did request an upper-level room on my booking specifications

Wonderful stay. One thing to improve is the volume on the TVs. The default volume should be set very low.

There was no electricity in the area and the generator was making noise and the TV volume was not adjustable it was very high

All good, except the staff never knows what is going on and there is someone new every time. They do not get proper training and I wonder why there is always a new staff member who has not heard of booking.com. Otherwise all good except for the 100s of mosquitoes.

We have been staying at Cosmo sleepover many times. Almost every time there is a new staff member on duty who doesn't know about Booking.com and first has to phone the boss to find out what it is. Staff training is inadequate, and staff retention too. Otherwise (apart from the mosquitos!!!) all good.

The welcoming was not so welcoming,was just handed the keys and not directed straight to the room.was just given a key and room number and direction but not properly shown the room. The guy was not so helpful with that..no sympathy to the misunderstanding of the bookings...

The Fan,I thought the business can invest in a air-conditioner,the Fan was okay but air-conditioning is the best,invest in a air-conditioner,one room at a time.

The guy we met on the first day of check in didn't welcome us well and not sure if he is working there or not but he was on Reception. He even asked us how much we paid as the guest I thought if I only said my name he was gonna see everything and then after he didn't go with us to show us our room instead he directed us.

The room was clean and comfortable. The cleaner was a friendly person and did her services well.

They need to address the electrical network of the place. I blew my original samsung charger connecting to one of the plugs. The same plug where the fridge was supposed to be connected. I ended up not using the fridge. Brief, the electrical circuit of the estashment needs attention. It is 75% reliable at the moment. Also in the room I was, there need to be some attention given to the drains. When I was showering, the was would not drain straight down from my body. So I would stand in the pool of dirty water for a while before it goes down. It is not a measure issue... but an inconvenience nevertheless.
