Drains need to be checked as the shower water did not drain quickly, and there may be an earth problem with the electrical system, especially noted when your feet are covered with water and you grab the shower handle.

Easy to get to and very accommodating staff. The location was perfect for what we needed, and although we were driving in the rain it was easy enough to get to. Shopping was close by so very good all in all.

The reception was almost a deal breaker until i saw the rooms. Access control requires you call a number hoping the guard has not fallen asleep.

I enjoyed the decor and the room sizes. The hosts were very accommodating and ensured the stay was as pleasant as possible. The hosts were also very pleasant to interact with. I liked the poolside chairs, the eating area and the selection of drinks available (if required).

Some things didn't line up with what was advertised. No soap or shampoo in the shower. Only small hand towels to use after showering.

Majid kindly got up early (4.45am) for me to get my shuttle back to the airport, contacted you when it didn't arrive and waited with me until it did.

The walls and towels were dirty, and the bedding had stains on them. The curtain was hanging loose and we had to fix it ourselves. There is no towel rails and the toilet paper holder is broken. The shower door comes out of its rail when trying to close it. They didn't provide extra toilet paper. They didn't provide a remote for the gate and the intercom button didn't work either. When phoning the number on the gate, there were sometimes no answer and we were stuck sitting outside the gate. The pamphlet inside the unit states, that breakfast is R75pp, yet they charged R100pp. They charge R5 for every R100 paid with card, which is really ridiculous.

Breakfast was good, and I was allowed to check out late which I appreciated.

uncomfortable, high bed. very hard. A staff member (not sure if it was a cleaner) need to be a bit discreet when checking out e.g. this person viewed me as though I was going to avoid paying for the cold drinks from the Honesty Bar. Why have one then? Secondly the toilet seat loosened from the hinge, and she reported it as though we were responsible for it. This could have been coincidence/ wear and tear.

the room was nice, spacious. we were given a bigger room than what we booked. The receptionist was very polite and nice.

Spent a while at the gate trying to get ahold of the property to no avail, ended up hooting and finally got the attention of the lady in the reception. The carpets in the room were dirty and the spare blanket was very filthy and smelled bad. No efforts or attempts to clean the room during my absence, I received a call Sunday afternoon at 4 being asked if I'd like my room to be cleaned after a 2 day stay at the venue where numerous moments were there to clean the place in my absence since I left the property a number of times. Access to the property has to be done via staff, no remote for the gate for the guests. Spent the first day and half of the following without electricity or clear communication on the issue or progress of repairs, had to follow up the receptionist for updates and during the power outage the backup generator was being turned on sparingly, it would be on for an hour or so and then turn off which didn't make sense. The shower drain is inefficient, the shower ends up with an ankle level amount of water after a short period of showering. Some of the pillows smelled like rubber which was very odd The tea supplies that are provided were not enough for two people or the duration of the stay.

The images do not show the true reflection of the property. I was placed in one room with a mouldy bathroom. I requested above to a clean and sanitary room and was met with an attitude of “if i have to” The new room was ok, but poor finishes. The loadshedding offering is poor poor poor, the light provided wouldn’t even light a match box. I would likely never stay again not recommend

Property is poorly managed, the Nigerian owner extorted us of our money and asked us out of the property the night before the check out time for flimsy reasons (saying we smoked in the room which is not true) we were intimidated and taken advantage of.

Only thing nice about the hotel is the closeness to shop.. the services are very poor and the staffs are very rude and arrogant
