Luxury Guest House ideally located. Comfort at the forefront with air conditioner, warm towel rack and warm blanket on a very comfortable and luxurious bed. Really appreciated these on the cold weather. The location was perfect for our visit to Wildernis. The area is beautiful, quiet and tranquil. We were received with kindness and hospitality which we experienced throughout the stay.

Our stay was an absolute treat—from the beautiful surroundings and thoughtfully designed spaces to the overall comfort. That bathroom heater? Highlight of my life 😅 I only wish I could explain why! And those robes… straight out of a movie. Although I was sick with the flu and couldn’t enjoy the full experience (like the forest, pool or even washing my hair), it still felt incredibly special. I’m an explorer at heart and rarely revisit places—but I owe it to myself to come back healthy, stay longer than a night, and finally enjoy that incredible shower pressure I had to skip!

Perhaps the toilet could be made more private.

Great space with a comfortable bed and modern furnishings. Loved the views over the lake and sitting on the terrace. Very well located with easy access to town and to various walking trails.

We spent two nights at Cloverleigh Guest House in Wilderness for our honeymoon, and it was amazing. The location is perfect—easy to find with stunning lake views. The guesthouse is well-equipped, and the owners were very responsive and flexible. We especially loved the terrace and the pool. A wonderful stay, definitely recommended

Not crazy about the bathroom being a wet room, but my husband liked it and the room was cleaned every day and wiped down when we returned after the days activities.

Loved the place. It was comfortable and clean, near to restaurants and the lake, and safe. Host, Mark was friendly and welcoming. Will definitely book Cloverleigh if we ever visit Wilderness in the future.

The accommodation was amazing and great value for money, the host Paul meet us at the entrance and should us to our bungalow ride which was modern, clean and very well equipped, Paul also gave us recommendations of eating places and we walked to the girls on the square restaurant which was amazing, great food and service from CB . It was a safe 10 min walk from the accommodation, would definitely recommend this accommodation as great location and standard

A very minor point in that we would have preferred some obscure glass, rather than clear glass, between the shower and the toilet.

Great location with some lovely walks alongside the river in both directions. Only a 20 minute stroll to the restaurants in the central part of Wilderness. The accommodation is very well appointed with a fabulous verandah area, perfect for sitting out in the warm, sunny weather we enjoyed. We ate out for dinner on the four nights we were there, but self catered our breakfast using the excellent facilities provided.
