The shower head in our bathroom needs replacement with a modern one that does not make noise whilst showering. Also, the shower head should evenly distribute the water whilst showering.

The resort has well maintained gardens & buildings and has a Greece like feel to the architecture. Staff are friendly and the rooms were super clean. WiFi was stable and fast. Check in is easy and quick.

We arrived at 24.00 hours and our booking had been canceled though we did say we would come in late. We were supposedly upgraded to a suite, but it was only for the night. We were then downgraded the next day. To a standard room instead of a deluxe as booked and as seen on pictures

What could be improved: • Upon check-in, we were directed to Room 3, but upon arrival, we found it had not yet been cleaned. This required us to return to reception and wait while alternative rooms were checked. Eventually, we were given a new room, but this initial inconvenience could have been avoided. First impressions of your room play a significant role in setting the tone for the vacation. • The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and frequently cut out, which was frustrating at times. Despite these minor setbacks, I would definitely return and look forward to an even better experience next time.

Our experience at the resort was great overall, with several highlights and a few areas for improvement that I hope will be addressed for future guests. What we loved: • The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. • The property was beautifully maintained and a pleasure to explore. • The breakfasts were exceptional and a real treat each morning.

I thought breakfast could be better. I also wished we could get actual coffee mugs. I know this is very much because of my insatiable love for coffee but I think it’s not too much to ask for. Kudos especially to Bongi, Thapelo and Speedy.

Staff attitude, very polite, helpful and honest. Mostly impressed by prompt responses to requests. Made our stay very enjoyable. Manager made us feel valued and cares about her staff morale and seeks to satisfy client wishes.

The Shower was very small The Water from the shower was slow. No water pressure from the toilet and there was a distinct smell that we did not like at all. We raised it with the reception but nothing was still done.

I liked the bedroom set up. one could have space for sitting area to relax. separate lounge from the bedroom site and it was spacious Breakfast and dinner was very lovely and the staff also dished for us because we arrived late. very sweet of them. our overall stay was beautiful. Ohh the Pool was sooo clean. that's also a bonus :-)

The roof were leaking when it was raining and our room had water in it.

The property had a lot of frogs at night, some frogs got into our rooms. It was hard to navigate because the frogs were everywhere. The room were not adequately clean especially the sheets. We were itching because of dirty sheets. The road leading to the property is a one way gravel road, meaning you have to wait for other cars in order to enter the property. It’s an inconvenience

The location was amazing, the property architect is execllent. The fact that the hotel serves breakfast and dinner is amazing. The views are incredible and the staff was very helpful and kind. The manager made sure we were comfortable and handled all of our queries.

Beautiful establishment, a great all rounder, they have spa treatment located in a very beautiful location wth super great ambiance the establishment looks very very classy....the breakfast is honestly 5 star you can add more stars to it if u want.....great balance of nature and convenience.....ths place is so remarkable, a perfect example of what mpumalanga is about, I am definitely coming back soon
