Renovations should be assessed thoroughly if you want to continue bringing business to the property. One thing I noticed most work was done by covering up the work already there which might lead to the rooms not catching the eye. I only had one channel to watch on the TV which isn't a problem to me but having a variety to choose from can help guests enjoy your hotel more instead of their phones. This place has amazing potential so just imagine if your hotel is amazing and matches your already amazing manager and staff there nothing can stop your hotel from growing more and more.

This place can't run without the staff members right there currently and the manager of the place knows how to make a client feel good while they are staying there. Location is over the moon everything you need is close by.

The TV was once again a problem 1 channel in Xhosa. Which the maintenance guy at to fix so that there is at least 2 channels. The zink in the toilet dnt look nice at all.

There were no bins, no soap, no remote for the tv and no Netflix/cable. It tends to get a bit noisy at night

It’s convenient, right in the city centre so whatever you need you can find within walking distance. The staff is really friendly, the room was nice and warm.

No kettle in the room and you need to go down to the ground floor to make coffee. If it is due to the renovations I would suggest the kettle to be placed on each floor instead of going to the ground floor Bathroom towels are clean but have stains on them. I would suggest room service to check that these things are up to standard before placing them in the room. A bed standing on bricks in a hotel is not up to standard. The old wardrobe and curtains in the room can be removed and replaced with modern ones and bedside pedestals that needs to be considered and hope it's part of there plans while renovating to make the room feel more warm. Cuttlery set to be placed in the room as they had non Bottled water to be offered on arrival seeing that there is no place to drinking water in the rooms as the bathroom is no option. I hope the above would be considered and wish the hotel best off luck with there current renovations. The building has great potential and can't wait too see the outcome once they are done ✅

The facility was good and I'm so glad upon my arrival the front desk lady notified me they were busy with renovation in the building so it was understanding if something was out of place.

The waiting to get a key to check in even though I advised before the time I'm booking in at 2... Nd arrived after 3 I had to wait for sometime to get the key to the room

1. Being disrespected by means of sleeping with a bedding that has somebody's menstruation. I couldn't see it cause it was made as if it's clean in the under part of the duvet. I got in and sleep. In the next morning I picked up the duvet from the floor and I saw the blood. I felt like vomiting the whole day. I reported to the poter and he took pictures but no one ever called me to say a word about it. 2. The TV could not play even one channel. Around 21:30 when I start to sleep, the knock on the door started. When I open it's the TV maintenance guys they want to fix the TV. They downloaded something and they couldn't fix anything instead they made it worse and switched it off and they left.

The fact that there was no toilet paper, we stayed 2 nites and the next night we had to go buy at one of the local shops outside

The beds was very comfy and tidy. The walls need a wipe, the room has tv but no wifi connection 😒 but staff very friendly especially the one at the reception forget to get her name..

There was no provision of tea/coffee in my room. I had to walk to the reception set up for it.

Staff willingness to help, they have good listening and problem solving skills.. Facility has a user friendly communication system on whatsapp with the provision of Wifi.

The rooms r especially cold To be told that I should be load when having sex wow was just turn off as apparently other guest are load No heat inside the rooms I arrived to an unclean room & had 2 request 2 be moved.

I paid R450 for my room on booking.com and put in a special request for a TV that is working in my room. Got there was told all that rooms were taken. Had to pay a extra R50 for a room with a TV.

The facility was under construction with some noise there and there. There was always some street fights and terrible noise from the delivery bikers in the nearby fodd outlet

Staff and the location - since it was closer to work, and the staff were good to me. They also made sure I was ok and my room was clean all the time.

Staff didn't notify us before hand that the T.V was not functioning and the lack of a designated smoking area is a severe down side as you have to go outside in the rain if you want to smoke. Also the wifi is kinda dodgy. Connects the 10 to 20 minutes later no connection or it just disconnects all together

Having to leave .

The staff were very nice . The room was spacious enough for two . The location was perfect, given the fact that we were close to most of the best pubs and restaurants . The view from the room was screaming cityscape .
