The view is wonderful. We had the small apartment which is sweet and the design the most beautiful we had during our trip. Hilda was great support at any time.

We read about the steps before - its 99 and absolutely manageable.

Proximity to the beach, train station and shops and undue exercise.

100 stairs to the house. I think this will feature in every comment.

The house is very well located a 10 minute walk from the Muizenberg beach, surfers corner restaurants and Checkers grocery store. Muizenberg is the perfectplace to explore the cape peninsula and to enjoy the beach and St James Tidal pool which is a pleasant walk along the ocean front. Hilda was a great host and very helpful with everything we needed. The views from the property and unsurpassed and the house is equipped with anything you might need. It was so nice to have a bowl of fruit on arrival as well as milk, salt, pepper and olive oil. It was so useful to have these small things on arrival! There are about 100 stairs to the house but this was never a problem for us as we didn’t have to carry very heavy bags up.

The views, the sounds of the city, the tasteful furnishings, the beautiful kitchen, the pool. Loved it.

The appartement was clean and very tastefully decorated. The view on the bay and the beautiful garden with swimmingpool were fantastic and the welcoming gift was thoughtful.

But unfortunately it didn't meet up with the price/quality expectations we had. A beautiful place isn't automatically a 4 star place, it needs a bit more for that. We did expect a bit more comfort when you pay over €100 per night. For us the main downsize was the noice from the appartement above. The upstairs neighbours weren't loud people but you could hear the ambiant noises from them in the apartment below. Would have been okay if it was a cheaper accomodation but not something you expect in this price range. If this is no problem for you, this is a fine accomodation. The main bedroom was very nice and comfortable but the two single beds in the living room weren't the most comfortable beds for two adults to sleep on. But if you have two kids, it will be fine.

Everything was amazing. The host, Hilda, was extremely welcoming .. I ventured to this place with my siblings and our partners and we enjoyed every bit. Very relaxing and chilled getaway 😌

Excellent location. Close to the beach and the swimming pool was perfect for the kids. View was amazing and hearing the ocean early morning was tranquil. The decor was perfect to give a beach bungalow vibe.

It had everything we needed. The braai area and space for the kids to play. It was secure which allowed us to also relax.

No warning of the ammount of stairs to climb to get to flatlet. Might be a problem for elderly people. We were fine

Everything! We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend by a few more days. The one thing that made this place so beautiful is the fact that it is child friendly. My daughter had a blast with all those toys and puzzles. Not forgetting the building manager Hilda that was always available when we needed something and made us feel so welcome. Thank you, we will definitely be back ❤️
