The monkeys scratching by our food when we not there. Owners to maybe consider putting some type of lock on the fridge.

The accommodation offered everything you required, the beds are comfortable and all around very clean. The view is spectacular and the sounds of nature the only sound arround. Close to Buffelsbaai, Knysna and Sedgefield beaches I recommend it to anyone who needs to recharge their batteries, it was magic.

There isn't anything I disliked except all the rain spiders in the outdoor bathroom.. Maybe closing it off and putting in a big window to still see the view is an option..

I loved the view, loved everything about the tent, the beds and the duvets was exceptional.. Outdoor kitchen and braai area was so nice.. Did not get to use the canoe but loved being there in rainy weather to...Enough confortable chairs to watch the view for every guest that can stay there would be nice..Definitely coming back!!!

There was a weird sewerage smell coming out from under the deck after a day or 2 where the toilet is. The double bed mattress is old and uncomfortable. Could feel the springs sticking out and both my feet and my husband's feet hung over the bed on the end where there's a wooden beam. Very hard and uncomfortable on one's feet. We asked about the water and they assured us it's safe to drink, but all of us soon had diarrhea and it soon stopped when we stopped drinking the water. I can't say for sure that it was the water, but that's our suspicion. There was also not enough toilet paper for a family of 4 and they never warned us to bring our own toilet paper with. The road there is not great. Single track, long winding difficult road to use. So when you run out of toilet paper or anything else it's not quick or easy to get something from the shop. I know there's not much they can do about it, but it is good to know before you go.

I loved the beautiful nature that surrounded us. Beautiful view. To be able to go out on the lake with the canoe or paddle board whenever we liked. Loved going to sleep and waking up with the sound of nature all around. The fresh air and seeing the knysna loerie several times. It is quiet and away from the noisy roads and town.

It is right next to an old couple’s house. It’s not really excluded from people and you can’t play loud music.

Location was amazing. Tents were clean and the place was fully equipped!

Only thing to keep in mind is that the shower is on the outside which is great but can be cold in wintertime. Water is fine but temperature on the outside is cold hope this makes sense.

Lovely waking up to birds singing in the morning. Can go out on-paddle boat, which is available, but we did not get to it. Lovely stay otherwise.

we noticed the tent needed to be cleaned, especially in the corners. it is in the bush so dirt accumalates faster than normal but it will make a difference if floors and walls are power-vacuumed regularly.
