This place needs a lot of maintance, the chairs we unstable, the bathroom had tinted windows which meant that people outside can see you at night and there was no active receptionist, the reception was left unattended to.

Loud conversations and laughter at night. Small used bath soap in the bathroom. The bath soap was a small leftover. Not enough lighting in the room. I had to work on my laptop and had to use a small side lamp.

The place is not for a person who'd like to stay for days because there are no wardrobes so you'll have to put your luggage on your car. Room 2 and 3 have carpets which aren't in a good looking condition. Room 5 has no air conditioning and was very cold. I also had to wait 30 minutes for a couple to be out of the room I had booked because they had booked it for 1 hour. No guest soaps in the showers. The light in room 3 bulb had an unpleasing noise.

The place is secured and the shower never runs out of hot water. Rooms are spacious. Room 2 and 3 are very good for day booking and not long stay. The kitchen was clean with all the needed utensils in it.

Parts of the ceiling was a bit damaged & also the blinds from the bath room along with the bathtub were damaged. There were no shower gel/bath soap .

The room was too big, too much empty space , the staff didn't tell us that the room had no light, just a small side lamp no dovaed on the bed just a small blanket 😏😒 the place is not just need improvement and more friendly Staff.

The sink is blocked, the toilet is rusted, there's no bathtub doesn't have thing that holds the water inside...I forgot its name, the tissue is a really cheap item that leaves pieces on your buttocks after helping yourself...No, they need to deliver what they advertise.

Guests are not provided with remote controls for the gate. Lack of professionalism from staff. One can't assist guests in sleepwear. No complementary refreshments. The sliding door going to the bathroom gets stuck.

The stairs I was never told that there are stairs to go to the bedroom,not enough cutlery,dishes and pots in the Kitchen if you staying as a group and would like to cook. It was very cold in the top rooms and there was only one blanket and no heater and their electricity kept on tripping. Especially in the Morning when everyone is awake doing their needs.

I did not like the fact that we didn't have anywhere to put our groceries,no clothes closet...shower doesn't have a door and lights.

The lady was very friendly and welcoming.location is very quiet, and I really felt safe.
