I stayed for 4 days. For two days the water was very cold and there was no hot water in the bathrooms.

The location is very beautiful and close to all services. The villa is spacious and comfortable for spending a pleasant time with the family and going down to the beach.

We had such a wonderful, relaxing winter break at Brenton Haven. The location is amazing, right on the beach, easy access to everything Garden Route has to offer. The units are well designed and comfortable, full kitchen facilities, nice patio with braai facilities and great showers with plenty hot water to warm up after a day spent outdoors. The staff was absolutely the best, so friendly and courteous with smiles and greetings all around, really made the whole place feel warm and welcoming even in the middle of the winter. The cleaning staff deserves an extra mention as they kept our unit spotless every day, such a treat on a holiday. Restaurant had fantastic food and service, the whole place gives a feel of a well managed and happy holiday resort, very impressed, highly recommend and definitely will be back!

BEST VIEW EXCELLENT SERVICE BRILLANT STAY WILL BE BACK

I came almost at 2 pm just 1 hour before (check-in time is 3 pm). They charged me extra for early check-in!! The cost was not that much, but it's all about the concept of charging people for a silly thing !! This will give you a bad impression to start your stay with !! Also, the windows are not soundproof. You can hear the noise from the restaurant early in the morning.

Great property located in an extraordinary spot , with outstanding panoramic ocean views , just next to Brenton sandy beach. The 2-bedroom suite is spacious, cozy, and smartly designed in a way that all rooms have veiw on the ocean. Well equipped kitchen. Free car parking. Nice front garden. It's perfect sopt for relaxation and yet it's not very far from touristic places. 20 min driving to Knysna and almost 45 min to Plattenberg to the east and the same duration to the west to Wilderness. There is a nice grocery store nearby. I'd like to thank Ms. Nosiphiwo from housekeeping for being very kind and professional. Every day I come back to the suite, I find her nice touches. She embodies the kindness and hospitality.

The restaurantvservice was extremely slow gor breakfast and dinner. Reception yold us at the beginning breskfast was not included and as we checked out they ssid breakfast was included snd we missed out on x2 breakfasts!!

Its a lovely Resort to stay at with seimming pools, a gym, restaursnt etc and our suite was very comfortable.

The bed matress was hard and bedroom A/C was not working.

It is next to the beach and offers a great view and feeling of the ocean, the ocean sounds are so relaxing. The place is quiet and peaceful.
