Was not happy that online was booking for Santorini room and it showed one room left, then on arrival the room was not available. I was not happy since my anticipation was to experience Santorini.

While the location was great, the cleanliness of the room fell short. It was clear that the staff had made an effort to clean, but it just wasn't up to standard. I spotted spider webs in a few corners. Additionally, the outside shower was blocked, which made it impossible to use.

One of the most breathtaking views I've ever seen. The view from our room overlooked a vast forest of evergreens, creating an awe-inspiring sight that left me speechless. Definitely worth visiting again. Additionally, the friendly staff enhanced the experience, making it even more memorable.

Insufficient light in the room, please install an airconditioner for ventilation purposes it's too damp and the bedding/wadrobe smells stale and stuffy. They can improve the cleaning as well..

1. For an establishment of the class of Bramasole there should be better and reliable arrangements for meals all year round. Considering the location, it may not be easy to make alternative plans for meals in the area without driving out far. 2. It is highly unlikely that the country will have reliable electricity from the government ever again. Bramasole has good solar and generator backup for many things except water heating. It is high time they considered alternative means for water heating, e.g. gas geysers if they dont have them yet. They are generally cheaper to install and maintain than most people think and can even replace electricity geysers completely. Just a suggestion, a cold shower/bath can be hard in the cooler climate of Magoebaskloof.

The Magoebaskloof area is overall excellent for getaways. Bramasole fits the profile perfectly.

There is a sensor in the room and upon movement shines very brightly. Please also ensure to top up the milk and water in the fridge. The tap is not big enough to fill the water and we weren't sure if the water was drinkable. A lamp next to the second side of the bed would also be nice. The chargeable lamp provided wasn't charged. The TV also required us to log in with our own details to view. But these things did not hinder our experience.

It was beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was DIVINE!! Staff were very kind and accommodating. The wheat bag was sooooo welcome. We definitely will return. It was such good value for money. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Booking.com service .

The staff at Bramasole went above and beyond in assisting us with our stay and accommodation. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us. However Booking.com service was atrocious. We had booked our stay with Bramasole in 2023 for April 2024. This was not communicated with Bramasole by Booking.com and we arrived to an almost fully booked guesthouse on the evening of Friday 12/04. Bramasole kindly found a way to accommodate us due to another booking cancellation by another guest and hosted us still. If it weren’t for the amazing staff of Bramasole I don’t know what we would’ve done in terms of accommodation in a town we were not familiar with.
