I need to update the breakfast about coffee and sugar 😩

It was noisy at the place. The receptionist was not friendly, first day of arrival the shower in our room had a blockage. We had load shedding and there is no generator we had to sit in the dark.

I didn’t like the fact that the water in my room was cold, I had to take a shower with cold water. Also, there were no things to make tea/coffee though there was a cup and a kettle. Another thing, please try to get soundproofing because whuuuuu we hear things that we weren’t supposed to hear in our sleep.

I liked the fact that it’s clean and quiet as well.

The blanket we had was dirty and we had to request for a kettle and an additional cup because there was only 1.

A bar fridge and long length mirror could be provided. Our remote also had minor faults.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We had no issues with WiFi and were happy with what we were provided. The room is a good value for its money.

The mirrors in the bathroom were very high We booked 3 rooms, the shower in the small room had a shower curtain which was not cleaned properly. The doors between the room and the bathrooms are too narrow, and it need handles to pull them close which it does not have.

We only used the facility to sleep, as it was central to where we were supposed to be.

It's a normal house, but like a commune. It was noisy (guys running up & down the short passage & every step was audible due to the wooden floor's creaking) It was nothing like the photo's at all. Toilet had no seatlid. It is so tiny that if you would slip getting out of the shower, you would end up head first in the toilet.

Only that it was clean, other than that: I cannot say anything good about it at all

On my first night the entire place reeked of cigarettes because of anther guest that was smoking excessively, the shower drain was also blocked making showering extremely unhygienic and challenging. The staff also does not enforce the quiet times, some guest are extremely noisy and were moving in and out at ungodly hours of the night. If your looking for a quiet place with privacy id avoid staying here

The place is very clean,neat, no noise and comfortable,very exceptional, it's a value for money, the staffs are welcoming and nice, the wifi is good, I recommend this place for other guests, location is good, i will definitely come back again.

No glasses, no cups, no kettle, stains in the bed, the staff had all the kids there and entertainment, we did not sleep at all, worst experience of my life, we asked the reception if we can put our ice in their fridge and her reply was you don't need a fridge.....

I didn't like the lack of respect and disregard the staff had for their guests as they had a TV in reception playing so loud until past 1 in the morning and then at 6 o'clock the following morning they started playing music so loud. In addition, they were so loud I heard them checking in guests at past 2 in the morning. The TV only had one channel, and that channel was connected to the main, so we had no other option but to watch what the owner was watching. No WiFi code was given. My husband and I went to bed with a massive headache due to the noise and woke up feeling even worse due to lack of sleep.

Noise, noise other patrons don't respect the place and no one is enforcing compliance.

Cleanness is good, within town and accessible, it's a new place more accessories still to be added in our rooms
