Jacuzzi not working, hot water for bath not working. Table in dining room wabbles...the place need a hands on maintenance guy!

Dirty chair in my room, looked like something was spilled on it a long time ago. Broken and hanging light fittings everywhere in the room. Broken blind in bathroom so no privacy when bathing. Weird experience with the place and staff. Spa team was top notch though!

Location is great. Really quiet and beautiful outside. Great and comfortable furniture. Great Spa Treatment.

The road going there need a lot of repair, potholes and the trees are close to the road.

Everything is good, the food is best when is a buffer, the reason is, at most one is getting appetite when seeing the food.

I like everything about the place, it's private, quiet and peaceful. This time around we had both dinner and breakfast, it was perfect👌🏽. Big ups to the chef, the staff and not to forget Willie for the great service.

It’s not a normal hotel. No food unless booked in advance! People should be told when they book! The hotel is at the very end of a long lane very bumpy and no sign telling you that you have arrived. The property needs the female touch with regard to the furniture it’s as though it has all just been dumped in position.

Very well decorated and masses of beautiful furniture. The staff were excellent very helpful and friendly.

The location was a bit tricky to find, and there are babboons and monkeys next door

The beds could be old, need to be replaced, fix the TV upstairs, and cattels. The carpets need to be cleaned up regularly because of the location and a moist weather, fumigation as the were a lot of bugs and plenty of ants. Can there be a menu for your meals and make it clear whether the package includes meals or not Its a beautiful place, with the improvement it can open up new opportunities, like wedding venues etc

The environment, the facilities, the room space,the size of the bed😳 the garden,the pool, the art, the setup, the spar, gym, massage,the size of the wall cabinets is insane. The rate is not bad for the days we spent at the hotel. It's a very beautiful and classic place to rest/destress and have fun at, close to nature. You get a chance to learn more about the area and it's surroundet by other attractipn well, . The ladies were dedicated to their responsibilities. The lady who welcomes you at the door is very friendly and hospitable , also close to the malls I would recommend it to anyone Bra Willy will ensure you get to the right place without getting g lost There's already people who are interested in visiting the venue.

Struggling with contact and communication at the gate on arrival. It was difficult to gain access because of network. There must a intercom at the gate.
