I arrived late and missed the view while driving up the mountain.

This is a beautiful setting away from everything. Waking up to such a serene environment is priceless. As much as access to the farm is a long gravel road but it's well maintained.

Nothing that could have been better.

This farm exceeded our expectations ten fold. We wanted to have a bit of a Karoo experience and so booked two nights instead of the conventional one night stop over. In hindsight, we definitely should have booked at least three nights. The farm is stunning, the hosts are amazing, and the accommodation so full of love and attention to detail - we loved every second of our stay. The hosts had all the time in the world for us and gave us an impromptu tour of the sheep shearing station, the farm and their family history. This farm is a destination that is well-worth visiting. Other places worth visiting on the way are Travalia Padstal and the Whistling Bridge Cafe so do make some time for those too! The gravel road is very well maintained and can be driven by a normal car at good speed without any issues.

Definately a have to for a full karoo experience. Once booking was confirm the host shared detailed directions and followed up to confirm you arrive safely from the gravel road travelling. The attention to detail for a guest house is exceptional and more. The gravel road is in very good condition and adds to the experience. The hosts are friendly and very helpfull.

It's deep in the Karoo. About a 45min drive through hills and mountains where there is nothing! Make sure you stock up before you go. No cell signal as you navigate towards your destination. It is however a scenic and unforgettable drive on a comfortable dirt road.

Andrew is an excellent host. We had week trouble and he went out of his way to assist us. It is the most beautiful Karoo setting you can ever experience and as a family from the city, the love and generosity was so lovely!

Not that I didn't like it but I think that it should be noted that the area is pretty remote and uses an untarred road and is best suited for larger vehicles such as SUVs, etc.

The host was very friendly and helpful. Place was clean and had a unique aesthetic. Little details like a candy on the towels and the most delicious homemade rusks were provided to us. The area is tranquil and lovely. The cutest dogs came by to greet us as well. I enjoyed the little details that made the place super cozy and homey and it is a very unique experience.
