Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Outstanding location overlooking Capetown Bay, very close to the center on a silent, secluded and safe one way street. Two fabulous terraces and pool to have breakfast, drinks and take in the stunning views. And most of all, Aissa and her team are simply the best: hospitable, flexible, helpful and kind!

The property was in an outstanding location with perfect view of Capetown. We walked to the B&A district each morning and that took about 15mins and got an Uber back at night that cost next to nothing. The host spent 15 minutes with us at the beginning of the stay and gave us great advice on what to see and do. She was super helpful and very friendly

The only thing to bear in mind is that the house is situated high up on the hills. Which means the walk up can be hard for some. For me it was just good exercise
