Perfect location for us as we were 'supporting' the National Baseball Championship at Londt Baseball Park. The room was comfortable although a bit small for a 6 night stay (limited for self-catering) but a lovely indoor communial braai room. Very nice hosts.

The room I stayed in was very small. There are no amenities aside from hand soap and a shower cap (🙄) available. The owner arranged breakfast with me for 7:30. At 7:40 the staff ARRIVED to START preparing breakfast. I could not wait for them to finish and had to go to work without eating breakfast.

The bed was comfortable. Aside from that it was just a basic family home with other people living on the property.

Everything was perfect. The room was in mint condition. We had an extra large bed and sooo comfortable. The bathroom was clean, neat and the shower was spacious. The swimming pool was sparkling clean. Staff was helpful, warm and welcoming. Each room has their own remote to in and out of the premises. Bhotani is in the perfect location near lots of Shops and malls and in a peaceful area. We will definitely visit them again.

We loved everything about Bhotani-on-Bax, everything was just blissful I don't want to lie, The rooms are exactly as they are on socials no lies detected, the service is exceptional, the food oh we love loved it, the team is just so friendly and accomodative and...We enjoyed our weekend, whenever we're in PE we're definately making BHOTANI OUR HOME....Thank you BHOTANI TEAM and may you guys continue shinning....

The Place was very neat and it exceeded our expectations. It was easy to locate it and close to the malls. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We felt like we're the only guests ❤️❤️ I would definitely recommend it

There was no house keeping,they don’t keep an air freshener in the bathroom. Wi-fi network was bad.

We didn't even get to see the property because day before they sent a text telling us they moved us to another appointment due to unforseen circumstances, where we received poor and rude treatment. The pool had half water which they were dirty even when we complained the owner told us we are used to even more dirty water because we normally swim on river and dams😏. When we called botani to complain the owner told us to go outside (he chased us out) bare in mind we were all there for vacation we know nothing about PE. Yes the refund was sent back but our trip if we were not lucky enough to get another place could've been ruined (Newton Sands Guest house is the place we were transferred too) to botani as much as we didn't see the apartment but you'll have to understand we booked you so this is the platform I think I should complain at.

I didn't like the fact that no one came to change our sheets following and gave us clean towels, we were sitting with dirty cups n spoons whole weekend and coffee was only on the day of arrival no one came to check the following morning, the staff only came Sunday morning before we left

There was a sour smell when entering the room & the dustbin was dented & there was mould on the bathroom ceiling & the bathroom door was broken and could not close. Also the pool was in a poor state. I also did not receive my invoice from the guesthouse.

The host was friendly, and the breakfast was nice.
