Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe only problem was that at first the GPS took us to a different gate as the guesthouse is situated inside of a gated area which i feel could be a problem if you're checking in at night. But we rerouted and it took us to the correct gate eventually.
I loved everything about this guesthouse,it was clean, spacious and was filled with so much ambiance.

South AfricaWhen I initially booked, I didn’t realize that the kitchen and lounge are shared with other guests. I’m not sure how I missed that—perhaps it could be made a bit more prominent in the listing. For the first two nights, we had the place to ourselves, but we shared the common areas with another couple on the last night. Thankfully, they were very considerate, so it worked out fine, but I was a bit apprehensive at first. In future, I’ll probably ask whether it’s possible to book out the whole place.
I recently stayed at this guesthouse for the weekend.. Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money. The location is fantastic—close to shops as well as Delville swimming pool and, importantly, I felt quite safe, which isn’t always the case in Germiston.

South AfricaThe entry system at the gate. The property is located within a gated area which only the manager can give entry and exit codes. Although they give you the remote for the gate, it is a bit of a hassle when two people booked same room, and need to do different things at different times Because then you need to ask for the entry/exit code. Or even when you have an Uber delivery or pickup ride, you can open with the remote from your room so they need a code. But I guess it also helps to control movement around property. Bring Twin plugs for your electronic device chargers . I was lucky I brought mine .
It really is value for money. The staff is absolutely amazing. I would go back there 50× more.. The rooms are biiiiiig.. There is more than enough space for it all. The closet space is endless and has hangers. It is OCD level clean. They have almost anything you can think of needing in terms of the kitchen. The area it is located in is safe and quiet!

South AfricaOnly one thing I would suggest is to whats app the information needed to gain access to the property or to email it earlier . It is access controlled street and the info needed to get into the property arrived to my email on our arrival day while we were already travelling so I didn't receive it. This almost proved hugely problematic as we had no contact number for the place either. We actually got in when another car opened the access gate to the secure street. So please make contact with the customer earlier than the travel day itself or whats app as they may not have access to email in the car.
