Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. My room was gorgeous and big. It was great that it was right by the beach ⛱️ As a solo traveller I felt safe which is important.

Parking is a problem, i had room two, a small double bed, a workshop that is unpracticale, and there are no plugs to use. When you sit on the couch, you can see tv. The shower is an extremely small space in a bath, and the toilet is that you lotterly have to sit in the center because it is squeezed in a corner. The security lght on the outsie of the room shine streight into the room. Wifi does not work in room 2, although the owners said they are going to fix it.

Little bit of maintenance needed on wooden counter tops and cupboards in bedroom.

The location was awesome, James and his team were absolutely fantastic amd the breakfasts were good. We will definitely be back.

The place is stunning and the sea view was breathtaking! The place is so beautiful. My husband and I really enjoyed it so much! The breakfast was so delicious and served on time. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful!

They did not mention having pets in the location, the dog and cat was everywhere and their smell was not pleasant. We couldn’t eat breakfast there because of the unpleasant smell from the animals.

We didn't come with our own car so we had to to walk to the convenience store. The area Bluff is generally far from the malls and halal restaurants and takeouts and we had appointments closer to Umhlanga and Phoenix, but that doesn't count against Misty Blue B&B at all. I'd recommend anyone to the guesthouse at any time during the year.

James the host was flexible and helpful. He bent the rules when we needed him to. The rest of the staff was warm and friendly. All round just a very good relaxing stay. The Dog (Misty) and the cat(Morgie) add character to the pleasant atmosphere.

Misty Blue Bed and Breakfast is in a prime location overlooking Ansteys Beach… we had a beautiful beach view from our bedroom and as an extra bonus you had access to the beach via the garden… we were fortunate enough to see a few whales passing by! The house is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. James the owner, Marinda and the rest of the staff were wonderful, they were warm and friendly and made us feel right at home - they accommodated our every request. They were knowledgeable about the area, gave us advice and suggestions. All in all, we had a wonderful stay! 10/10! - top notch service James! 👌

Broken door handle. Kettle not cleaned on the outside. Blinds and ceiling fans dusty. Seal on the shower door needs attention. My remote for the gate didn't work.

The staff were lovely, the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed.

I didn't like their service, there's a lady who works there who didn't even introduce herself. She told she looks after the place but in all honesty she's not friendly at all. She was mean and went as far as knocking at hour door whilst I was bathing and my partner was lying down in bed. She knocked even though she knew we were in the room. Another thing is there's a dog that would join you during breakfast while you eat. I picked up that the lady treated us differently because we're black I saw her treating our white inmates with respect yet with us she fell agitated all the time. She made us feel uncomfortable and made us to even forget what we went there for. The breakfast was a simple egg and beacon

We loved the quietness and natural bits of property like the birds sanctuary and the sound of the ocean.we loved that we could just sit in the gardens and connect with nature.We also loved its proximity to everything

The place is huge and has lots of facilities. It also has a path to a private beach. James who is the host is very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Thanks to the caretakers as well. I would rate the experience as 5 out of 5.
