As we were in travelling in Winter, the room was a little cold even with heating and electric blankets.

Great spot in Graskop with good parking; lovely bathroom in the room. Breakfast was good.

The property is a bit aged yet quaint. It was good value for money and I was pleased over all.

We stayed two nights at Autumn Breeze Manor House and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The location is perfect — close to all the Panorama Route highlights yet peaceful and quiet. What really stood out was the warmth and helpfulness of the staff — they made us feel truly welcome and cared for. The room was comfortable, and we appreciated the old-world charm of the house. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the area from a convenient and relaxing base.

The bathroom of Room 12 is absolutely hideous. It looks like a “prison shower” with metal apparatus. The tile had black stains, making it impossible to determine the cleanliness of it. Not replacing dirty towels instead just hanging them to dry, how disgusting.

Elijah was the only good thing about the place.

Elijah is an excellent host. He was very accommodating and polite. I highly recommend this quaint accommodation.

In graskop town really nice accommodation parking walking distance to shops.... friendly reception . Inside parking... rooms are spacious comfortable and comfy beds... even electric blankets! Very nice.. actually nicest place I've stayed in graskop .. aesthetic! Beautiful ! bar fridge hairdryer kettle tea/coffee value for money there's a pool/bar area.... short drive to Gods window....

The Garden restaurant didn't have great service, no bottle of wine was available, only glass and that wine was very cheap tasted terrible. We ordered soft drinks (sprite) which were poured in glasses for us and all I can say is that, that was not what we ordered. The pizza base was hard and we ordered extra cheese yet you couldn't tell.

Breakfast offering could be increased a bit and changed up. We didn’t have wifi for a day but Elijah quickly rectified this

Elijah and his team were very hospitable and made our stay seamless. We arrived earlier than anticipated and, instead of making us wait, we were upgraded to a room that was available and was also larger than what we had booked - a generous gesture! The guesthouse is well located. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore graskop or the Panorama Route
