We really enjoyed our stay at Heritage House, peaceful location but just a short walk to the main street with cafes etc Bonita was friendly and welcoming with lots of good advice about what to do. We enjoyed the safari to Hluhluwe and the river cruise. Amazing to see the hippos and wart hogs around the town, and the whole environment seemed very safe

Bonita was brilliant!!! She went beyond her duty. Organized us a bottle of wine and a cooler box incl. glasses without any hassles. The breakfast was very nice especially the freshly prepared fruit salad! Very nice environment. Nothing was too much

Wonderful boutique B&B in the heart of St Lucia. Rooms are very well appointed, modern and comfortable. Had all the amenities plus more. Lovely little touches throughout the place, complimentary water, sherry, snacks etc. Parking on site. Wonderful plated breakfast, made to order; great idea as it avoids the inevitable food wastage from a buffet. Bonita is a fabulous host and so attentive, kind and helpful. Highly recomment @ Heritage House!!

The host Bonita was incredibly welcoming and flexible in her approach. We arrived late and sprung a packed breakfast idea on her and she rose to the occasion providing us with more than we expected. We were there to find a rare vagrant bird so we really appreciated her adaptability.

The location was excellent as it was only a short walk into Town. Bonita and all the staff were extremely pleasant and everything was done efficiently and with a smile on their faces. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Very happy with all aspects of our stay at Heritage House

Nobody at the door at 17:00, have to wait like 10 minutes for beeing received

Bonita helped us very efficiently with our excursion to the lake ( pity this excursion is not advisable anymore ) and laundry service. Thumbs up!

The room did not have a bar fridge. This wasn't a train smash since there was a communal fridge in the kitchen but when you are travelling with kids it is a nice to have. It is my fault though as I did not check this before booking. The breakfast was a plated one. It would have been nice to have a buffet instead of a plated breakfast as it becomes boring having the same thing every morning but I can understand that it would be more economical for the venue to do plated. It would also be nice if they included a chicken option on their breakfast menu for those that do not eat pork.

The bathroom was lovely and spacious. Since we were travelling with our 2 year old twins this really helped. The room was a pretty decent size also allowing them enough space to play around. There was also a little patio for the kids to play around and for the adults to have their morning tea/coffee. The house was situated within walking distance to restaurants. There is a bush pig that has made the front garden his sleeping spot. This may spook some people but we found it exciting to see him in the afternoons. The staff on the premises were very helpful and give you enough privacy.

The breakfast was freshly prepared according to preference. Bonita and her team were hospitable, friendly and extremely helpful. Bonita helped book our tours and offered valuable information on restaurants etc. to enhance our stay. The guesthouse is extremely clean and comfortable; attention to details is amazing. Will definitely return.

Bonita is a great host. The guesthouse is beautiful and well located. We will absolutely come back. Breakfast was amazing too. Tell Bonita what you want, and she will arrange everything. The hippo boats are within walking distance. For the other tours they will pick you up right at their door.

What a charming place to stay while in St Lucia! We felt really welcomed and cared! Got lots of good recommendations for the area and for our trip. The room is super clean and comfortable, the bed is amazing and the shower has a strong stream of hot water. Breakfast was delicious by the beautiful garden and you can see cute monkeys while eating. We strongly recommend this place and would be happy to be back on our next visit.

We had the separate room near the pool. It was lovely and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and easy chairs, and plus lots of cupboard space with shelves. Our large covered verandah was a real bonus and lovely to sit and relax there. Bonita and her team were all very welcoming and helpful, and breakfasts very good. The date cookies in reception are a lovely touch. And very easy to book any tours and activities. Thank you for a lovely stay, Bonita !

lovely and caring staff, clean room and a comfy bed; we arrived at 10.30 am and could check-in 😊. Really not self-evident. Situated close to the centre but quiet and safe. And last not least: a good loadshedding-management. Thanks so much to all!
