After visiting Lynburn for the last 10 years, the standard op service is as excellent as always.

I got value for money... so nothing that I dislike. But my suggestion is electric blankets because the bed is colder for solo Traveler, even though air-conditioning warms up eventually.

The owner was helpful and sent me the location address. They were able to assist me in checking in much later than their property hours as I traveled from far out of Pretoria.

Main bedroom window of Suite 2 needs soundproofing for traffic noise although second bedroom didn’t have that problem.

Stunning gardens and amazing interior design. Frik made it feel like a second home. Breakfast was next level.

Perfectly located to get to the CSIR. The rooms have everything you need for a short stay. Very comfortable and the staff are great. Breakfast was amazing.

The location was perfect! Very central to Lynnwood Bridge, Glenfair, and Pretoria East. The hosts were extremely accommodating and their team was wonderful. We were greeted by homemade delicacies and they made us a beautiful breakfast in the morning. The gardens were lovely, exhibiting such care and attention to detail around the entire property. As international guests, Manus and Frik were very helpful with local recommendations. A perfect stay for a few nights in Pretoria!

I am a returning guest at this property and would not dream of staying anywhere else when visiting Pretoria for business purposes. Because I was staying for 4 nights, the hosts upgraded my accommodation at no extra cost to the Executive Suite. The suite itself has a lovely mix of modern lines with additional creature comforts that were greatly appreciated. The gardens are beautifully laid out, with many private nooks in which to relax. Truly a home away from home!

Incredibly neat & clean gardens & rooms. Comfort items like rusks, coffee, sherry, fresh milk, soaps. A nice change of scenery with the patio style garden & interior decor. Good wi-fi & security for business travelers.

Clean, beautiful, clam ,relaxing ... I truly don't have words for the garden there it was beyond beautiful. The rooms are to die for. All I can say it was worth every penny.

I love everything about my stay. the hosts make sure everything is where you need it to be at all times and they check up on guests regularly. there is nothing bad I can say about my stay. I can't wait to be back.

The location was in close proximity to many areas so it makes it easy to travel and explore. The area is quiet and very clean. The hosts are super hosts that communicate well and take care of. they're guests. Stunning place and hosts. I would recommend to all. don't hesitate to book.

The hosts Frik and Manus were exceptional! They were extremely accommodating to our international guest Michael. They made him feel so comfortable and his stay was truly lovely! He couldn't stop complimenting Frik and his services as well as how stunning the venue and accommodation was!!! I went to have a look for myself as I had booked the place for Michael and it was GORGEOUS!!! The gardens look AMAZING and had such beautiful details to it with the statues, fountains, plants and flowers as well as the cute little statues perched here and there in the gardens. The rooms are stunning and have all the little touches to make you feel more welcome and at home! Thank you to Frik and Manus!!! I will most definitely be booking at 98 on Lynburn Guest House again!!!
