We had a very welcoming stay at Andes Guesthouse. The place was clean, the staff friendly and the owners are very kind people. We enjoyed breakfast at Andes Café, which was delicious. What a beautiful guesthouse in a gorgeous setting. The place is breathtaking. We hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful farm that is near to Clarens. The accommodation was 5 stars. Comfortable beds, stunning decor, cosy at night, peaceful surroundings, clean rooms, modern bathroom and overall just immaculate. Host was very friendly and was ready for us on arrival. We were offered drinks and made to feel at home. There is a lot more I could speak about this property but I'd be here all day. Highly recommended and I will definitely return soon with the family.

Lovely warm and cosy room on a frosty winter's night. Philna was such a welcoming and friendly host. Underfloor heating, electric blankets and a nice bottle of red wine to ensure we didn't even feel the cold.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike about the place. It was an entirely pleasurable stay, and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it.

I had an incredible stay at Andes Clarens Guesthouse, where every detail was meticulously attended to. The rooms feature a unique vintage-modern aesthetic and are fully equipped with everything one might need for a self-catering experience. This guesthouse truly stands out and can easily rival some of South Africa's most renowned hotel chains. The customer service was exceptional, particularly the manager, Brenda, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the café's food was outstanding—definitely the best I had in Clarens! Overall, I rate my experience a solid 11 out of 10, and I will absolutely be returning in the future.

The place is beautiful both inside and outside. I was travelling with my daughter and was pleasantly surprised to find that there’s a play area for kids. My sister went for a walk and fell into mud, she then left her hiking boots on the porch and we were again pleasantly surprised to find that the housekeeper had washed the boots clean, a service that was not expected at all. The attention to detail is totally unmatched, snacks are refilled everyday. Towels are changed daily…. Truly exceptional value for money. I’d be lying if I were to say there’s anything we were not happy with. & there’s a restaurant on the property which was an added bonus

Really nice farm guest house, everything is new. The taste for the bedrooms, from the quality of the beds to the furniture and adornments is spectacular. The different breakfast options are really tasty, and the staff is very friendly.

Light came in early through the large window on the upper roof area, concrete floors in the bathroom and cold under foot.

Unfortunately due to the heavy rains there was a few roof leaks with one directly onto our bed. This was the only blemish for an otherwise outstanding place. The host did promise to get the leaks repaired.

Pristine grounds, 5 star amenities with the kitchenette being a great touch. The host was very warm and welcoming. She went out of her way our needs were taken care of. We felt extremely special and will definitely return!

What a beautiful place to stay at. We loved our stay and the room was beautiful. Staff are incredible and nothing was too much for our hosts. They assisted us and made our stay wonderful. It truelly is a gem in Clarens not to be missed.

Our stay was far too short!!

Beautiful country setting in close proximity to Clarens, with abundant birdlife, lush gardens and perfectly manicured lawns Quiet, peaceful and secure. The bedroom was large, very clean and comfortable, with a walk-in shower and full en suite bathroom with a separate loo. Bedding and linen were crisp and clean. The patio overlooking the garden was private and peaceful. Tastefully modern with all the facilities which you may need. We have found a new favourite place [for us] in Clarens and will certainly return. Highly recommended!

The property is excellently unkept and it is obvious just how much effort is put into your stay. Our room was more than comfortable with a veranda that had the most stunning views of the sunset. We had breakfast at the cafe and it was absolutely delicious! Just an absolutely lovely spot to stay!
