we found a cockroach in the the hotel room and we were given cracked cups. The receptionists are not attentive, we booked a room for three people and they only gave us one key for the room. You can’t borrow an iron, you have to pay R10 for each item for them to iron for you. The microwave is downstairs and you can’t even warm your own food, they just take your food and warm it for you without you seeing anything.The wardrobe doesn’t have hangers for hanging clothes. The wi-fi doesn’t work, it was not worth our money. With almost the same amount we found something’s else and checked out.

I did not like the property. But it would be good for first timers in Durban with a low budget.

We bath with cold water, TV was playing sabc 1 WiFi signal was very bad, key card sometimes was not working have to go back and ask the receptionist, no plate spoon no macrowave it was. Boring nje🙄

It did not have towels readily available. No glassware in the rooms. No proper duvet inner on the beds. Took long to attend to requests.

1.The cleaning staff , they dnt change linen even if they see its dirty 2. Every morning we had 2 wake up @4am to bath with hot water because other than that ull bath with cold water

The Hotel charges R10 per item to iron..they dont have iron to use for free,There was no hangers in the wardrobe so you cannot hang your clothes.

I had to ask for another bed,the mattress was a mess.But they did change it I was happy. When entering the room location the mat has a smell I would suggest they change it.

We got there during our check in time but we were told to wait up until it was 16:00pm. And at that moment I was supposed to be preparing for my graduation which was at 18:00 pm of that day.

There is not bath/shower mat, The bed has what look like oil stains with crumbs of whatever. The room next to me had a load crowd which made it a bit uncomfortable. The water was luke-warm when I took a shower the next morning.

You basically get what you pay for. The view of the city.

There was no hot water in the morning to take a shower. The bed sheets had dirt marks on them. The shower didn’t have a door so the water spilt everywhere on the floor and the water shot straight at you aggressively. One of our room mirrors was old and tarnished.

The check in was easy. The reception area looked clean and neat. Beds were comfortable.pillows were soft. Slept well.
