Having the hot tub off the deck was a little inconvenient. Also the hot tub did not heat up despite adding three bags of wood! Mentioned it the host the next day, was told someone would take a look, but no-one did.

Can't fault anything.

We ordered breakfast and the braai pack which were sourced locally and of good quality. Star gazing was exceptional. This was our first glamping experience and the accommodation offered everything required. Aircon, fire place and of course an outside braai area. The staff at reception and the shop were very friendly and offered helpful advise which was appreciated.

What they gave in the baskets didn't fully match what they said would be there. e.g they message me to say there will be coffee kn the morning once and pastries for two, all though the breakfast was good. there was no coffee and only 1 croissant. The dinner menu was meh, there wasn't fresh bread or herbs and it was lamb, it was a very thick price of beef with no fat or marbeling, was super tough to eat.

Beautiful and clean tent with everything you need, even an Aircon and power backup. stable internet so you can even work from there. The breakfast basket is a must have and the hiking trails were nice too. Next the the camp is a little wine and olive farm that makes great coffee and olive tampnade.

Nothing to dislike. Afrikamps have a good thing going. Maybe they can add a safe for valuables?

Stayed for 4 nights. Fantastic well thought out tent. Better and more comfortable facilities than 90% of hotels. Comfortable beds, plugs next to beds, nice big shower with hot water and good pressure, aircon, fireplace inside, full kitchen and living area inside, easy to open and close the tent to keep light, air, bugs in/out. Big stoep. Cleaning service with fresh towels. Warm jacuzzi. Easy to book via booking. Never needed to go to reception as everything was sorted online. Just drive in and go.

Some of the hikes/climbs could have been better sign posted. But overall the main activities where well posted, and the signage once on the hikes very easy to find.

The location couldn't have been more suited. We were slap bang in the middle of all the activities, and far enough away from the neighbours to feel like we had the whole place to ourselves.

Beautiful location in the cedarberg. We stayed in number 7 which we thought had the best views with it being on the end. Lovely and quiet. Clean tent and comfy beds.

Everthing from the glamping tent itseld with all of it's amenitis and the nearby attractions. Walking to the rock pools and waterfall and swimming was amazing.

We were quite close to our neighbours who were a bit loud (with young children), and since it’s a tent you hear every conversation from your neighbours. I would have put the tents further apart to prevent this kind of nuisance, but guess that’s too late now

For the third time we stayed at Africamps and once again had an amazing experience. We will definitely be back! The surroundings are beautiful for hiking, with a lovely walk to the rock pools and waterfall. The tent was clean, very comfortable and with a delightful hot tub. It has everything for a perfect weekend getaway.

Staff at de Pakhuys, very friendly and helpful. Good location.

A dishcloth/sponge would be great for cleaning the kitchen. Our tent only had drying cloths. The addition of a normal/waste bin inside the tent would also be great (the tent only has a recycling bin).

Our stay was amazing! Enjoyed every moment! The tent was very comfy and clean.
