We didn’t spend much time in the house and didn’t use the facilities but we enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious, breakfast tasty, the host lady super friendly and for those who like reading - there were many good books in the library corner.

It was a bit cold in the room during the winter but we had electrical blankets which kept us warm at night.

It was spacious, neat, clean and conveniently located. We enjoyed being able to work at the desks in the rooms as well as at the lapa. The rooms were great and the en-suites were a bonus. We also enjoyed having access to the pool and the safety of being able to walk to the beach and shops

Breakfasts: Wonderful fresh fruit bowl plus English breakfast to order. Top rate. Comfortable, spacious accommodation. Lounge for receiving visitors. Attractive decor. Quiet location. safe off-street parking. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. Friendly, helpful attention by hostess and kitchen staff. Anita went out of her way to return a forgotten item promptly and efficiently, with no extra charge.

Luxurious B&B which far exceeded our expectations. Large and airy bedroom with high quality bed linen and lots of extra personal touches. The breakfasts were superb and we loved meeting Anita and her staff

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this beautiful BnB. It was so clean and neat with high quality linen which made for a very comfortable night's sleep! Everything also smells so beautiful. It is in a great location and everyone was so kind, friendly and accommodating, especially our sweet host, Anita. The breakfasts were also generous and delicious! Would definitely book again. The property was very nice, located in a quiet area of town, yet minutes away from the supermarket and the main street. Anita and her team did a fantastic job of making people fell welcomed. Everything was clean. Breakfast was solid and included a delicious bowl of diced fruit every morning as well as cooked items- eggs, sausage etc. Everything was thought of to ensure guests had a comfortable stay

We had the pleasure of staying in the Noordhoek room, which was incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, adorned with high-quality bedding that made for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was a delight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The Villa is conveniently located near the town and beach, and the secure parking added an extra layer of peace of mind.

Nothing to dislike

One of the best guest houses we have ever stayed in! It is tastefully decorated and so very clean.

Anita was very helpful and accommodating throughout the stay. Nothing was a problem. Beach is close and really beautiful. Location was very safe.

Beautiful clean and very comfortable

We liked absolutely everything. This is a classy boutique guest house at an affordable price. Our room was huge, beautifully furnished, squeakly clean, and had a spacious balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was clean and warm. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best that we've ever had anywhere -- a large fruit plate, fruit juice, cereals and granola, yogurt, eggs to order with bacon or sausage, toast, plus various yummies like croissants, muffins, and milk tarts, a South African speciality. The owner and hostess, Anita, is super friendly, engaging, informative, and helpful. We really enjoyed our chats with her. The WiFi is excellent. The location is perfect, in a quiet residential area just a 5 minute walk to beautiful Fish Hoek beach where you can alternate between swimming and quaffing a pint of cold beer in your swim trunks and bare feet at The Galley, an outdoor restaurant right on the beach. Farther afield, the location is also great for exploring the towns and sights of the Cape Peninsula using Uber and Bolt (rides are readily available and very inexpensive). We stayed at A Tuscan Villa for 4 nights but wish it had been 4 weeks. We will consider ourselves fortunate if we ever have the opportunity to return there.

Lovely huge double room, spotless, even a cold beer in the fridge! Breakfast was outstanding. Really good value for money.

The staff were very good and very kind to my daughter and her friend. It was very comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent and very nicely presented. The rooms were extremely clean and very well appointed. The beds were super comfortable. Anita is welcoming, helpful, and cheerful. It was a really lovely place to stay. We were there just before the really hot weather but my daughter still found lying in the sun by the pool a treat, particularly coming from Canada in November.

With not too much rooms in the accommodation (6) and having a professional staff and being comfortable place it gives you a feeling of being at home and being a real guest instead of a number. The owner has a little chat with you if you want and she is happy to tell you about the nicest restaurants or walking routes close by.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Breakfast offered everything you could wish for and hot meal was made to order. They were accommodating business and leisure travelers for breakfast over an extended period. The owner is involved and training and supervising staff to maintain the standards.
