    Apartment is in a quiet, secure complex close to Canal walk mall. There is a park close by. It is also a short distance from tourist attractions.

    There is no air conditiining.

    I did not know who to contact, I f i needed something. Please place an extra blanket.

    Nothing absolutely nothing

    The room was dirty . The linen dirty is an understatement. The towels were old and hard. No extra blankets whatsoever.

    No communication from the agents at all. Broken Table, Dirty Apartment, towels with marks and the whole experience was bad. Never again

    Took a bit of time but pick up was easy

    Directions to the property was poor and no sign in the road to show turn off. Gps does not take you to the exact location

    friendly receptionist kitchenette provided which was very useful close walk to conference centre which is what I needed very secure all round, especially when walking to and from the complex modern and spacious room

    slightly slow on feedback as to how to drive to the venue, check out - no one at the reception desk but security guard was present no teaspoons provided

    I didn’t eat breakfast. The location was easy to find

    I didn’t get a tissue. Had to go and buy. Water bottle had half water. That means the previous room user drank and left it and I had to also drink

    I had no breakfast. If the rooms were heaated it would of been a bonus.

    It was really cold.

    The place was in a beautiful location.

    Housekeeping enters without permission and it's not even check out day. There was no mop and the shower water overflows causing the entire bathroom floor to be wet. I had to use a towel to dry the floor. A massive inconvenience and uncomfortable experience.
