Street noise from racing cars late into night. Shared balcony with neighbours. However, this is a plus if you book multiple rooms adjacent to each other with friends or family. Pool area rooms and main section rooms are very separate from each other. If you are a group, I suggest booking rooms in one or the other areas, but not both as this will split up your group.

Excellent location and great value for money. Good hearty brealfast, although basic. Hot and cold options.

The breakfast was really nice, the portions were smaller for my student guest, she asked for an extra omelette and was refused, an extra omelette for a young adult wouldn’t have caused that much damage in the grander scheme of things. The breakfast options are limited and can be widened

There should be an option to order dinner. We didn't get a change of bedding the entire 6 days, staff said they were waiting for their laundry to come back - from where, I have no idea!!! The facility could at least put in the rooms dinner plates, cutlery and glasses to help on takeaways. The facility needs to definitely upgrade their safes, my room mate lost her money when the facility called in a locksmith to open the safe in our absence!

The breakfast could have been better with different options and the portions were rather too small! The dining area could do with an uplift on the lounge area, make it homely so people can relax in the evening with a heater and less cushions on the sofas.

The room was a little small; however, we didn't spend much time hanging out in the room.

The staff were helpful and were accommodating when presented with special requests. David, the manager, carried my bags for me. The breakfast was tasty and there was a variety from which to choose. There is a shared balcony, which was great to relax and enjoy the sea view. For a summer stay, the pool is a plus.

Die kamers was netjies en mooi skoongelyk. Die tv wou byvoorbeeld niks maak as remote gedruk het nie. Die stort het sulke lelike swart merk aan onderkant dit gelyk of vuil was maar alles was heerlik. Sou graag die kamers langsmekaar wiu gehad het omdat ons n groep was. Die ontbyt was heerlik.

The room was in need of some basic maintenance and some USB points.

It was perfect for my needs. I needed a 1 night stopover before transferring to my apartment for the rest of my visit. I had some work to do and I needed a good nights rest and good wifi. I had all of this. It was initially difficult to gain entry but once I got in the night porters attention he was friendly and helpful. While I wasn't able to arrange a late check out the staff were very accommodating and allowed me to work from the communal sofa area.
