We had an amazing stay, unit was well equipped, unfortunately when we were leaving there was a severe storm. We were concerned about our safety. The host was kind enough to assist us with a late check out. We were greatful and we would be happy to visit again.

There is only one thing, no topping up for toilet papers. But we had to buy ours. And that's it.

The view of the ocean. Weather was perfect with morning rain and night rains. Moist and warm. Swimming pool, we enjoyed ourselves. The apartment had everything we needed, especially for our duration of stay.

Clean fresh towels and toilet paper the next day after the next day after house keeping cleaned. And more facilities on the property. The game room was outdated and not much stuff. Also golf clubs for putt-putt were not available on Saturday because reception closes early.

Only checking in. You were treated as if you were at a govt building made to sit in a queue and wait your turn. One couple was inside being checked in but we were made to wait. This happened during covid, which was fully accepted at that time but now it seems a bit starnge. Otherwise everything was great.

The view was amazing. Access to the river and beach was easy. The accommodation itself was clean, modern and in an excellent condition. The cleaner on Saturday went over and above to clean up and make sure everything was perfect.

A bit smaller than what the pics showed. Both showers could do with a glass door. It's too small to have a walk in. So when showering the tiles get wet outside the shower area and is very slippery. It has to be dried after every use

A much needed relaxation time with family and this was the perfect place. A serene location with exquisite scenery. Easy access to all outdoor activities. I will definitely visit again.

I didn't like the cleaning services which could ruin the reputation of this outstanding villa. They don't use proper detergents. Their mops are dirty with no proper cleaning material and gives the beautiful place a terrible odor. We had to beg for them to freshen the place up. The cleaning service of the establishment must be looked into. All villas we booked had the same problem. Slight problem with drainage in the showers. We used our own cleaning materials to freshen the place. I feel bad for the owners who have worked so hard to get the villa looking so awesome. On the first day we could only wait to get in after a second clean was requested by myself and the owner. There was also cat hair on the lounge couches. Not sure where that came come. I spoke to the cleaning staff so many times to instruct on cleaning. I did have a look at what cleaning materials the ladies are sent with and that just wouldn't cut it! Especially if you want the place to be germ free and fresh smelling

No private pool as advert stated. Guess it referred to the pool at the resort. Disappointed on arrival. More seating in lounge to cater for 8 people. Guest rooms needed dresser and mirrors for convenience to dress up.

The unit was great .Good views. Spacious and clean and well maintained. Lovely bathrooms. Lovely neat basic kitchen.

The hot water ran out so out of 7 people, 3 people didn't have hot water to bath with and for an 8 sleeper unit my view is that the unit should have a bigger geyser so that each person can have a hot shower. The apartment was also dusty. Needed a sweep and mop before arrival of guests.

I liked that the apartment was renovated.

There are no full length mirrors,as girls we like to look at ourselves now and then.

The place is beautiful and peaceful,very clean and inviting. Spacious. Wish we had more time.
