What a fabulous place. We felt at home from the minute we arrived. The house is spectacular and the house manager, Innocent, is a really nice guy and could not do more for us. Communication with the owner was first class. Highly recommended, and please treat the house and staff with the respect they deserve.

The second sized bedroom en suite could do with a shower being installed(instead of the bath) this would help as we found 3 bedrooms were all sharing the very small corridor shower room - not ideal.

The house was in a lovely quiet location with lovely views to the sea and mountains, it was spacious and was very suitable for 5 couples staying there. It had lots of sociable space and a stunning garden with a lovely pool. The house manager was based on site and was very helpful in making sure our stay was comfortable.

Loved everything, wouldn’t have minded air conditioning in the rooms as it was hot but they did provide fans so can’t fault them.

This house was absolutely fantastic, perfect location and had all the amenities we needed and more. The property manager Innocent was so helpful and went above & beyond to help us and make our stay comfortable. The house itself was clean & well looked after and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely nothing. For awareness, the pool is about 3m deep in the deep end. That's great fun for adults, but if you have young children you'll need to be careful.

Amazing location, views, layout, pool and general condition. The team that look after the property are superb, replacing bed sheets, providing towels, advising on security etc. They even delivered fresh eggs each morning from the chickens in the garden! Highly recommend - You will not be disappointed if you rent this property.

Couldn’t fault the property

The location was great for a wander down the Camps Bay beach front. The sea View from the property was amazing! Innocent the housekeeper was exceptionally and nothing was too much for him to assist with! The property was spotless, well stocked kitchen equipment, comfortable beds. Amazing pool area. The property was safe and secure! Would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful property!

Everything. Absolutely stunning Villa, beautiful views, very modern and well equipped with everything and anything you need whilst on holiday. Close to shops, bars and restaurants. The landlord was very helpful and was always on hand if I needed with anything, or had any questions. I would recommend this to family and friends who are travelling as a large group.

Amazing property! Location is great and this is perfect for a big group. I was staying here with friends and family ahead of my wedding and it was the perfect villa! The owner was great and showed us round. Innocent the housekeeper is also amazing and very attentive. We will definitely be back!

No air conditioning though there are fans in all the bedrooms (some ceiling fans and some freestanding). This didn’t detract from our enjoyment of this fantastic property.

No fault of the house/team but do plan ahead for Loadshedding, as some parts of the house like the cooker, oven, washing machine etc are off during these periods. Pool was cold, but to be expected given it is not heated and it was coming into the autumn season during our stay.

Having booked this property nearly a year ago and for a large family reunion holiday of three generations, the house had a lot to fulfil and live up to... And boy did it deliver! The house far exceeded the available pictures we had seen online. The house manager Innocent and all the team work so hard each day to make the house clean and comfortable. Innocent answered all our weird and wonderful questions with speed and a warm smile. There was more than ample space to break out and chill alone/smaller groups, or gathering together as a large group. The views are breathtaking and throughly enjoyed the several sunsets we had the chance to enjoy from the various balconies. There were lots of wonderful touches to make our stay easier. From the huge variety of spices ad fully kitted out kitchen, to the toiletries provided. Braai/BBQ facilities. Along with a welcome treat upon arrival. We all had the most amazing time and feel very blessed to have had the best time in the house.

Location is superb with excellent views of Camps Bay beach. A very spacious property with a swimming pool. Innocent the caretaker was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we enjoyed the daily eggs and tomatoes.

Large, comfortable home with stunning views of Camps Bay. Great for families with kids (young or older). All the amenities you could need. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops. Friendly, accommodating hosts and a very helpful team managing the house. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely book again.
