Good day Bernadette Thank you for your review, it is greatly appreciated. We were delighted that because you enjoyed your stay and all it had to offer you then extended it. The strict rules in the complex are put in place for the benefit of all residents. Due to the fact that it is a residential complex where people live in close proximity to each other and there are bedroom windows on the corridors it is only fair that residents keep noise levels down so as not to disturb neighbors. Furthermore, because the hanging of laundry on balconies and in front of windows is very unsightly the rule has been put in place to maintain the beautiful aesthetics of the complex and it surrounds. Good day Angeline Thank you for your review. We were disappointed to read that you were not entirely satisfied with your stay and that we did not live up to your expectations. In this regard we would like to respond to your grievances as follows: We apologize that the mat was dirty and would have appreciated you being in touch to afford us the opportunity of rectifying the situation which we would have been more than happy to do. Our curtains are professionally laundered annually. However, due to the large number of guests we accommodate during the year, stains are unfortunately unavoidable. We were sorry to hear that you experience back problems and as a result found the mattress to be hard. However, we only use hotel quality beds as would be expected in any good establishment. As explained to you on your arrival, all 3 of our apartments are identical in layout, furnishings and the way in which they are equipped. The only difference between them is the color schemes e.g. the flowerpot on each balcony is either white, grey or green. However, you pointed out that you booked the apartment with the green flowerpots but were accommodated in the apartment with the grey flowerpots, and for this we profusely apologize. In conclusion, we fail to understand how the apartment could have been stuffy taking into account that the main bedroom has big sliding windows, the lounge has a sliding door, the kitchen has a large sliding window, and the apartment has air conditioning. We trust the above is in order and hope that the above explanation is found to be satisfactory to you.
