Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

firstly our accommodation was way better than we have expected(based on the price we have paid). We had an unplanned trip from Cape Town and found ourselves in "A place Like Home" , after we have paid the payment online ,we immediately received all the instruction to our accommodation and it was effortless getting Comfy with the instructions we were given. We are so appreciative that we could spend the night at this location, the person to contact was extremely helpful with dedicating another parking space after someone else was in our bay.

United StatesJust little annoyances that made it hard for my kids to sleep at night….The front door is a frosted window-type thing so it lets it all the security lights from the outside hallways flow into the house and then the kids room. And the windows covering in the lower bedroom weren’t very good about blocking light out. Otherwise no issues.
Great central location, easy checkin experience and the place had everything that was listed. Great stay!

South AfricaThe entrance was a bit confusing. I went to enquire at the Drs rooms, didn’t see the keypad by the garage entry. Other than that, it was great, even Ashwyn helped us, very pleasant guy, keen to help.
We had a great breakfast at the corner eatery.

It is a beautiful place which is well equipped for a family with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. It is very well located and walking distance from the Waterfront and other shops. Elmo is an exceptional host and super friendly.

South AfricaDid not have hot water, eventually we were moved to another unit. The other apartment was also beautiful however it lacked one or two items that the originally booked place had.
Clean, quality finishes of every item in the unit. Value for money. Cosy, clean quality linen and towels.
