Has no appearance of bed & breakfast, it’s so dodgy and looks like a venue for use of sex. The staff so unprofessional, given tiny room that has no bedding on it. Requested another room then was asked to pay extra money for decent room.

Venue had no electricity throughout my stay despite the assurance that power would be restored imminently, room cleanliness was an issue, and due to the continued and ongoing lack of electricity, it wasn't possible to bath/shower, recharge devices, and/or make use of any of the services on offer at the establishment. To make matters worse, my booking was not confirmed and there were no staff present at reception to assist upon my arrival. After wandering around I eventually found an individual to whom I handed cash, and who then found and handed me a key to a room. No proof of payment was offered and no change made available. Once inside my darkened room, I was forced to keep the curtains fully open to enable me to see inside the room, although this offered me no privacy, as it turned out, it did allow me full view a photographer doing a photoshoot in front of my room of a somewhat large, very scantily clad woman posing rather suggestively right up against the window to my room. Nothing could quite have prepared me for this short stay to be honest

Untrained workers. Cockroaches. No toiletries, you have to ask. No towels. You have to ask for even tissue. No cleaning done when still booked. Electricity gone for over 24hours no backup. They ended up transferring me to another one of their guesthouses after wanting a refund. It was a bit cleaner and more comfortable than it and has good staff. The way the workers there loud shooo and rude.

The pictures on the website are nothing like what the guesthouse looks like I arrived and they didn't electricity and the receptionist had no idea why there wasn't any or when it was coming back. I had to leave the premises again to pay because they only took cash and were hesitant to give me a reciept. I ended up changing my initial room, all the other rooms I viewed for the exchange had a funny odour in them(including the one I finally decided on) There was no toilet paper or tissues in my room. The pool was DIRTY, clearly for MONTHS also, it wasn't just green it was black/brown. I wish I took pictures for this review

The bedrooms didn't have windows that led outside. The windows opened into another room. The rooms were very hot. The fans there were not useful. The swimming pool shown in the ad is dirty and doesn't seem like there has been an attempt to wash it in a while. There were no towels offered to us. And the rooms weren't en-suite. The cupboards in the one room were falling apart.

The location was close to everything. Within walking distance of Brooklyn Mall and Hatfield. The Uber prices were also very cheap to go to those locations.

There were no towels. Was told that towels are wet, with no alternative offered. The staff needs customer care training. They are very poor. There was a strong smell Type being cooked that filled the whole house, which the staff was cooking. Thats not good. The room booked and confirmed via booking.com was not available. Was told that the room was not available. Why confirm the room only to say that they are not available?

The hygiene and cleanliness of the place. There were cockroaches everywhere,bed,walls, kitchen. The sheets were somewhat dirty and torn. No coffee provided just 1 sugar sachet,really? No wifi provided to guests and the staff wasn’t welcoming at all ,one walked right past me by reception without greeting and the lady I found at reception wasn’t welcoming. No Towels provided!! No soap/shampoo,bathroom hygiene 0/10. No cutlery or water provided for guests.
