Spacious rooms, very useful if you are travelling with several suitcases. The staff is helpful and friendly, the state of the rooms (e.g. broken fridge) and especially the bathrooms could use some upgrading

The one thing that we didn't enjoy was their breakfast. We waited for a longer time than usual and also breakfast was average in comparison with waiting time.

The host was very warm to us, rooms were wonderful with very comfortable bed and bathroom was also really good

The bed, comforter, and pillows were so uncomfortable. Comforter was way too short for 2 people and the pillows were super flat and small. It practically felt like you were sleeping with no pillow.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! They recommended great restaurants and gave us an upgrade. The room was cozy and the location was super great.

there are quite a few things that should be improved to reach a perfect standard. The shower facilities need better maintenance, and the internet connection in the room was not good at all. Surprisingly, one of the staff even told me that if the shampoo in the room is not good enough, I should go and buy one myself — which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level.

Overall, the hotel is worth staying at, On the positive side, I’d like to mention that Mr. Shpejtim and Mrs. Elonora were very friendly and kind, and their service really made our stay better.

I don't see positive points as we booked the hotel because we wanted a pool but it doesn't exist and the hotel is dishonest to not update the facilities in booking

The pictures in the advertisement are not corresponding the advertisement. They advertise a pool, the pool wasn't working. They advertise a spa and other options for the bathroom, those don't work. just a fancy looking shower. I tried to plug a lamp in the electric socket : The cable burnt before exploding a second after, burning partially my finger. The only answer I got from the staff "oh it happened many times". Bruh... In summary, they advertise a pool, a spa in room but none of those are working. Not even even the electric socket. When confronting them at the end of our stay, the women a the reception could only tell us when we asked at least a partial refund: "but the location is nice" and "we upgraded you for a better room since we thought you were alone when you ordered" lmao, They can't even read the order correctly, when it was CLEARLY stated it was a 2 person stay. No wonder I haven't seen other customers. Stay away, there is another other hotel nearby for the same range of price and services.

Promoting an inside swimming pool while it was under some sort of maintenance or reconstruction is one thing. Not informing us about that fact until the moment we arrived and not offering any sort of compensation or discount.

Although breakfast was included, it was not satisfactory at all. Very hard bread, cheese the size of an olive, eggs with sausage that smelled like fish. Don't expect too much because you won't get enough. The bathroom was not the same as in the photo, the bathtub was not working, none of the connections were working, if you fill the bathtub with water, water leaks from everywhere. Water entered the living room from the bathroom through the wall, the bathroom cabinets and the bathtub are terrible. The bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close. The air conditioner did not heat, they put a huge cupboard in front of the air conditioner, the room was cold, we asked for an extra blanket. There were no channels on the TV, the kettle in the room was broken. The entrance door of the room was also broken and the window of our room was facing the wall of another building, creating the feeling of a prison. There is no ventilation in the room.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Indoor heated swimming pool was excellent and we had this to ourselves for about an hour. Excellent breakfast and very close to a really good street with lots of bars and restaurants.

I liked location of the hotel, staff who were very friendly and helpful, clean and comfortable rooms and breakfast, but also a price which is very affordable. I would recommend it to everyone and I will be back!

Hotel restaurant/cafeteria section is not accepting credit card and asking cash payment.. room was too tight.. fridge was not on power.
