Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I liked the breakfast best. It is served at the Restaurant next to the Hotel. Omlette is delicious. We also had dinner there. I recommend it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Room was large.

United KingdomIf the owners are not around it is difficult to deal with things like payments, transfers, transport, food etc. as most of the staff members don’t speak English. As a person that doesn’t speak Albanian I wasn’t able to arrange anything without the staff’s help.
The hotel is in the great and safe location. It has huge and nicely decorated rooms with bathrooms and attached restaurant. The owners are very nice and helpful. The hotel also employs one of the staff members named Dren who speaks English. He dealt with my airport transfers. I could count on him and had open minded conversations, that I enjoyed a lot.
