Very clean and good facility, stable hot water, room is cleaned and towels are refreshed everyday. Staff are obviously enjoying working there and willing to go extra mile to make guests’ stay comfortable. Good recommendations on things to do and places to eat out. I did enjoy talking and greeting the staff working there. Special thanks to Helene who’s been so kind on using her own time to help get my nutritional supplements on time!

Everything was perfect

The yard is perfect, and the pool is very refreshing. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and they speak English, which can be scarce in the area. They were always available via WhatsApp. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. We had a health issue during our stay, and they handled it effectively, recommending doctors and a hospital (thank you, Helen!). Their constant availability was a great relief. This is the perfect place to stay in Hoi An, and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

It was a little piece of paradise away from the kaos. It's about a 5 min drive from old town. But very easy to get a Grab cab. Great for our grown up family to have their own room around the pool. There are only 8 cabins. It's peaceful. We loved it.

I liked everything.

Phoenix Hotel Pool Villa is in my opinion the best place to stay in Hoi An. The room, facilities (awesome swimming pool!!!), the surroundings and the location, everything is simply perfect. They also have bikes for rent for free, that we used a lot. The staff is impeccable, honestly I've never seen such good quality of care and dedication anywhere during my travels. If you're going to Hoi An, stay here if you can. We also had their breakfasts and they were really good.

The villa was beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and always clean, the pool was lovely for a swim or rest, and the staff were always so kind and attentive. The location was perfect for us. It was far enough from the centre of town that it was relaxing but still easily walking distance to the ancient town and many other cafes and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay at the Phoenix Hotel Pool Villa!

We came in rainy season so the humidity is high, maybe a fan can help. The payment method was unclear as we thought we could pay by card but in the end only by cash or local bank transfer.

I had a great stay at this booking. The pool is amazing, and the staff are attentive to our needs. However, the room was quite humid, making our clothes consistently wet. Adding a fan could improve this. Nevertheless, the lush green surroundings created an oasis-like atmosphere, making it an overall enjoyable experience.

We really enjoyed the location just outside of the busy town centre. Especially if you are renting a scooter, this lication is perfect, in-between town and the beach. The bungalows are very comfortable for 2 people, clean and tidy, good bathroom and AC. Very good value for money here. Nice gardens and swimming pool. We were so lucky we had this place to ourselves! I like a firm bed so I was happy.

We liked that they offered a good excursion; a cooking class with local people from Hanoi, very nice and interactive. The room was amazing, spacious and clean. The swimming pool is next to the room which is super nice and is open from the early morning until late night. (6:30-22:00)

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Winhouse Villa. The hosting was wonderful - so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room, pool and garden were all beautiful. The breakfast was excellent and had lots of options. Winhouse is located in a quiet area which is perfect for a good nights sleep whilst Hoi An old town and the beach are very accessible. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

We booked Phoenix villa after our original accommodation fell through, and we were looking for another large family style villa to replace it, so we were very happy when we found and managed to book one here. However there was a misunderstanding about this, and on arrival we were given different, seperate rooms as an ‘upgrade’, which was not what we had reserved. Despite this, once the original villa we booked became vacant after two nights, we were able to move into it together. It was not a deal breaker by any means, it was just disappointing that after spending so long looking for what we wanted and then finding it, we were then given something else without first being consulted.

The space was relaxing and quiet, the pool always refreshing, and the gardens are well looked after and really pleasant to spend time in. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and Hellen was always willing to organise trips for us or help show us where to find the things we needed. The free use of bikes was an added bonus. I really recommended staying here.
