The communal looking spaces were actually their restaurant which I thought was a little over priced, so ask for a room with a balcony if you like a cheap and cheerful banh mi and coffee at the hotel for breakfast.

Modern and clean semi rustic style. Perfect location. Next to all the best restaurants and bars and no more than a minute or so walk to the beach. Very helpful staff.

I had one issue during my stay where my bag was on the luggage rack and was covered in little mite like bugs but cannot be sure if this happened in the room or before. No issues otherwise would highly recommend.

Phoenix Hotel was a beautiful hotel with wooden lodge feel rooms. The rooms were very modern and well kept. We had a really good price for the night and wanted to extend our stay but was fully booked. The bed was big and very comfortable we had a great night sleep. The location is great with about a 5 minute walk to the An Bang Beach and had many great restaurants around. For us backpackers this felt like a very luxury night stay in comparison to all other hostels/budget hotels. Would highly recommend.

The windows are heavy wooden doors so there is no natural light when they are closed. Would also benefit from bug screens. The 'balcony' was a table and chairs on a shared terrace/ access route. There are 6 restaurants in the same area so can be noisy but usually quiet after 10pm.

Well decorated and clean, great location, staff are lovely. Room is a good size with plenty of storage space and close to the beach.

The bicycle fell apart. Lol. The tire flattened halfway thru my trip into the old city and the back brakes broke. But it was all good. I locked it up and took a GRAB bike back to the hotel and the staff went to retrieve the bike where I left it. They were super good about the whole thing and I rolled with the mishap..

The staff were super friendly. They knew my name and were helpful with information and spoke English really well. The food there is amazing. I would recommend the poke bowl.

This is a lovely boutique hotel a minute's walk from the beach and many restaurants and only 10 minutes from the Old Town of Hoi An. The room was comfortable and clean with an intentionally rustic charm. The shower is good, the bed is comfortable and the location is excellent.

We loved staying here. The location was perfect, the staff were lovely, the room was spacious and very clean. We booked 2 nights and ended up staying 4. Would highly, highly recommend!

Location is great and the log cabin feel was superb, air conditioning was spot on looks like brand new also we had a large fan in the ceiling great internet room was cleaned every day with clean towels and beach towels, fresh water every day also the shower and body lotion was good , shower was powerful enough for this building, all the staff are fantastic and food was great as well. Will definitely be coming back Neil from England
