Great place to stay in the gorgeous town of Hoi An. 2 min walk from the old town for bars, restaurants, shopping and lanterns galore on the river. 10min Grab bike to An Bang Beach (74p each way at time of review) Could have stayed here for longer than the 4 days we did. Staff were so helpful and great value for money.

Nothing it was absolutely perfect

The homestay itself was so central and clean and spacious. But the best part about this place is Ann she is amazingly supportive, communicative and kind. She made us fall in love with Hoi An and this homestay so much that we stayed an extra 3 nights than we had originally planned. I couldn’t recommend this place enough

there is no lift so if you have a big suitcase and would struggle carrying up a few flights you may want to see if you can request a ground floor room. i had no issues, but it would be a consideration for some.

What an absolute brilliant find in hoi an. tucked away on a quiet network of streets, but right next to the hustle and bustel, this is the perfect base if you're looking to be within a few minutes walking distance to beautiful (but incredibly popular) old town hoi an, food spots, coffee shops and more. The homestay is run by the wonderful Ann with help from her sister and two adorably sweet dogs. the room i stayed in had a balcony, fridge, and good air con. this is exceptional value for money.

Very friendly receptionist Ann. Went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Gave us recommendations on where to eat and activities to do. Booked transport and tour and nothing was an issue. Room was spacious with lovely hot water and great aircon, free wifi. Best location.

This little guesthouse/hotel has, I think, seven units and we stayed in two different rooms during our extended stay in Hoi An. What a gem of a place! Tucked down a lane in the heart of the city, we had such an enjoyable time staying here. Ann, the manager, was incredibly helpful with suggestions on where to eat and what to see and do, and she was so responsive to our text messages. Both rooms we stayed in were spacious, and the balcony was a nice feature. What we especially enjoyed was the shower stall was enclosed, as opposed to the normal open, 'wet' bathroom configurations throughout S.E. Asia. All in all, a lovely spot with lovely staff.

Excellent location, walking distance to old town and lots of activities. Lovely and friendly staff, always offering us suggestions and making sure we had what we needed and two super cute dogs! Rooms were super clean, comfortable, good size and even had a western style bathroom opposed to wet room. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in Hoi An

We really enjoyed our time at Vinh Khang Homestay. The location was great, quiet but close enough that we could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Ann, was so lovely and helpful. She was always around if we needed anything, gave us lots of good advice on what to do, and recommended great places to eat. She also organised our airport transfers, which made everything so easy. We felt really well looked after and comfortable the whole time. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Wow! This is the best place we’ve stayed in on our trip and we’ve been out for 6 months ! The best service we’ve ever received. As soon as we arrived we were sat down and the owner introduced herself as well as giving lots of recommendations on food and activities to do in Hoi an. This continued throughout our stay and always gave a warm greeting in the morning. She very often bought us mango from her own tree at her house to try. On the last day we checked out and hours later we came back, my partner became very ill and we could no longer take the bus we had planned to take and needed to stay another night in hoian, while she had no places at her place to stay she sorted a room out for us down the road so we didn’t have to stress and find anything. She even messaged for days after ensuring we were okay. Honestly we couldn’t recommend this place enough, the location is amazing, it’s so clean and the rooms are brilliant. A truly amazing place to stay !

Anne and his lovely family are such great hosts, they all make you feel at home and very welcomed. The place is just all squeaky clean and comfortable. The location is great, would definitely stay here again. Just remember this is someone else’s house, respect it as you would your own home.

Bathroom could do with a little polish but wasn’t particularly dirty.

Fabulous stay! The host was extremely friendly and sat us down to talk us through her recommendations for Hoi An (not pushy or on commission - just genuinely wanted us to have a lovely time in her city!) The hotel was literally the perfect location. 3 minutes walk to Old Town. 1 minute walk to the famous Banh Mi Queen.

An the host was fantastic! Always smiling and willing to help with anything. The location is one of the best you can get if you want to be close to the Old City. Through the homestay you can book a variety of activities in which they pick you up from the homestay and drop you back to it, very comfortable. The room was a great value for what we paid, the shower has a glass separator from the rest of the bathroom which is not a default out here in SE Asia and the balcony was also fun. One of us got sick during the stay and the staff was very helpful by directing us to the closest Clinic that is a minute away and even brought extra blankets and tea to the room for us.
