The 1 room on very end of the building's window has a direct view into the neighboring property.

Very clean, friendly staff, from 3rd floor great view, little fridge for drinks and late night snacks, enough space to spread out your fully packed bag. Close to An Bang beach, which is where all the live music gigs are based. Elevator was a nice touch, as my bags are very heavy. Worth the price.

Its quite small. Balcony too close to other room

Its near Tan Thanh beach And the whole area was super quiet, there wasnt many houses or buildings around. They have a ceiling fan in the room, I like to have option without having to use AC all the time.

You have to pay with cash, so make sure you have VND on you. The currency exchange options close by or not very good.

The room was big and bright. The balcony faced the river 100 feet away. The hotel is surrounded by empty lots, and there is a refreshing breeze all afternoon, to the point I didn't have the AC on. This is the perfect hotel if you like afternoon naps.

The breakfast was not great - don't count on it keeping you going until lunch. There were no options for breakfast- only whatever local dish was being served on the particular day (rice cakes / noodle soup etc.) - it could be a problem if you have dietary restrictions e.g. being vegetarian. The portion size was also very small (we're not big eaters, so this is not a relative statement) and only one drink was included (either a small coffee or orange juice).

The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The best thing was the shower - we enjoyed the glass screen, good water pressure and lovely hot water! The pool was lovely and clean - we enjoyed a refreshing swim after being at the beach.

Bicycle rentals are not included. A bit strict with breakfast - my husband doesn't like noodles for breakfast so he didn't eat breakfast for the whole 7 days. But one day he wanted one egg, they wanted to charge for it - I think it's because they gave me his egg. I felt like they could have accommodated for that instance. Other than that, they were accommodating with our requests and the staff are nice.

Really good value, nice modern building, spacious room, lovely river view, kind staff. Bikes available for rent. 5-10 min walk to the beach and area with restaurants. Calm and not much noise. Overall a good stay.

Had only one night at ViVi An, but it was not enough. The staff was so nice and helpful! Laundy service was very quick. And the room was amazing!! Very spacious with a nice big kingsize bed. A big balcony and also the bathroom was so nice and clean. There was even a minifridge and tv with Netflix. And the price was so cheap for the luxury you get while staying here. Even though it was too cold to swim, the swimming pool looks amazing. Had a great night here and would recommend everyone who wants to stay at a more quiet part of Hoi An to stay here!

Can’t complain about anything for the cheap price that I paid the room! With a bicycle you can easily go around to the beach and some restaurants. The old town of Ha Noi is only 15min ride and there is a bicycle path as well.

I booked the studio expecting it to be self-contained, but it's not. Kitchen and laundry are available in the hotel, but the rooms are basic.

Had a great stay at ViVi. The staff are so friendly, the rooms are clean, light and airy. Perfect location close to the beach but away from the rowdier bars and hostels.

Nothing it was perfect

Staff were very helpful and always there to help! We had a lovely breakfast that the receptionist made for us, rooms are modern and clean (Netflix on the tv) a grab car into town centre costs 50.000 / 80.000 VND. If we were ever in the area I would definitely go back :)

Everything is perfect

My favourite stay in Vietnam so far. Phuc, the receptionist and the entire staff are so kind, warm and welcoming. They made sure all our needs were taken care of. The hotel includes free bicycle rentals that makes transportation easy. It’s about a 5 min walk to the beach. The free breakfast is a great way to start our day. The hotel rooms are so comfy and clean with such a beautiful view. Smart TV and such a cute washroom. There are lots of nearby restaurants and it’s about a 20 min bike ride to the night market. If you’re staying in Hoi An this is the perfect place to stay. Can’t wait to come back !

1. Room 304 was infested with tiny ants...a problem the hotel knew of, but regardless of the issue, still rented the room out! I got very little sleep as the ants were crawling over me all night, constantly waking me up! The hotel offered to use ant killer but I flatly refused to sleep with chemicals in my room! Besides, the problem will always be there. They then offered me another room but I had to hang around & wait until 11.30am...wasting my morning. They would not even offer me the use of a bicycle for the afternoon for free (VND50K/day)...so although I had booked 9 nights, because their attitude sucked, I chose to move to another hotel. 2. The restaurant is not functional & they don't even have a menu, despite what the website claims! Such a shame, because it was one of the best rooms I've been in, in terms of space, view & ceiling fan....but the experience was ruined by a customer care attitude problem!

One of the best stays for peace & room view 👌🏻. Fantastic the room has a great ceiling fan so I didn't need to use the Aircon.

The location is a bit random, but it’s a quick walk to the ‘beach’. There is no restaurant or kitchen you can use on site.

Clean, spacious room, felt new. Good value for money. The receptionist, Hip, was great! We did the cooking course as per recommendation and it was fabulous!
