* Location: The hotel is in a quiet area, but close to shops and restaurants. It’s an easy 1km walk to the Old Town. * Room: Clean and tidy with good air conditioning. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear your neighbors, but it's not a major issue. * Service: The owners are very friendly and approachable. They speak great English and offered excellent recommendations for food. They also helped arrange affordable transport to Hue, which was a real lifesaver. * Facilities: The pool is clean and they have motorbikes and bicycles for rent. Overall: Highly recommended.

Highly recommend staying here! The family who run the hotel are the nicest people I’ve met the whole time travelling (we arrived early after a sleeper bus and they gave us tea and some bananas, helped arrange a cooking trip for us and a taxi to da nang station, and they packed us a snack for our sleeper bus when we left!). The rooms are clean and modern, and the location is around a 15 min walk from the main town area.

It’s not that centric and if it gets too hot outside the walk back and forth can feel a bit long!

The hosts were the sweetest family! Our flight was delayed for 4 hours on our check in day, and they waited for us until 1 am with watermelon and the greatest smile. The room is very clean and comfortable and we had a lovely stay here. Rented a motorbike with them as well and they also helped us with taxis to and from the airport so overall we had quite a pleasant stay.

The hosts were one of a kind. Such lovely welcoming people. We think it was the best place we have stayed in all of Vietnam. I will 100% be back again the next time we are in Hoi An. Amazing room. Super clean. Fresh towels every day and fresh sheets while we were there for our 3 night. Couldn’t recommend enough it was great. The hosts really made our experience just even more magical.

Our experience at this homestay was amazing from beginning to end! We stayed at many places in Vietnam, from North to South. But this stay was our favorite. Everything was clean and comfortable. The shower was luxurious and the AC was amazing. Even the entrance was beautiful! The hosts were the nicest people we met in Vietnam. They went out of their way to help and recommend things daily. We can recommend this place to everyone! We hope to stay there next time too.

The hosts are super friendly and kind. The room and the public area are super clean and organised. We love everything in this beautiful house. The bed is very comfortable and clean. The hot shower is nice and fast, and both of the toilet and the shower are very clean. They gave us warmly guidance and tips depending on our daily schedule. They even gave us some hearty and delicious snacks when we checked out. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone who wants to visit Hoi An in the future. This place is what makes you feel like home in another country.

The family running the hotel are absolutely lovely, they offered us fresh fruit when we arrived and gave us some snacks when we left which was really kind. They look after your key when you go out which was helpful as it stops you from loosing it and were up until late to give the keys back. The hotel is in walking distance from everything which we really liked but far enough away so it’s not noisy at all. The hotel room was clean and definitely great value for money and the pool was also lovely. There was a fan on the ceiling and ac in the room so it kept very cool at night. If your staying in hoi an i definitely recommend staying here!!

The pool was a little bit smaller than expected.

The breakfast was really good, and the hosts were extraordinarily nice. Room was spacious and clean. You can get free bikes.
