Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

New ZealandAir-conditioning in one of our rooms and the clothes hangers light was on we couldn't turn it off
It was a good stay... Depends where you want to explore but location was good for us. Beds were comfortable... There were minor issues with lights and my brothers room in a different level and they had major issue with their air-conditioning.... But we only stayed a night so it was ok

United KingdomNothing.
Everything. We have already booked for next year. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The free tickets were very much appreciated and we had a great time using them. The room was clean and comfortable even providing different towels to take to the beach. The view from our window was great too. The restaurant was brilliant with good food and cocktails especially the Lamboughini cocktail.

United KingdomThat we didn't stay for longer.
Everything. Was the best value stay we've ever had. Price included free admission to cable car waterpark kissing bridge and water puppet show. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant and in the food market where they have a stall was great too. Rooms were very clean and comfortable everything within walking distance cannot rate this place high enough even a firework show every night at 9.30pm. This is definitely an up and coming place to stay.

MalaysiaSome food ran out for breakfast even though we were there around 8 am. Breakfast is supposed to end at 10 am. E.g. rice noodles soup was very popular. They should have prepared more.
The location was great n the all the staffs were very helpful especially Sang at the reception. He helped me to organise a birthday party dinner n a cake. Always here to help. Thank you Sang.

TaiwanThe air condition machine screen in the room is a little bit hard to understand.
The location is great. 8 minutes walk to take the cable car. 6 minutes walk to see the show. 5 minutes walk to the restaurants near the sea. I can see the fishboats from my room's window and the view is so gorgeous. Breakfast are fine. There is an elevator in the hotel and it's convenient for passengers with large lauggages.

Malaysiait will be nice if they provide bicycle renting service because not everyone knew how to ride scooter. 🤭 There's scooter renting service 1 block away from the hotel.
Everything is nice. From the welcoming tea upon check in, attentive receptionists, comfortable clean bed, service, tiptop housekeeping and nice breakfast. The staffs were very helpful. Smile all the time when u passed them and one of the staff named, Ren did help me booked my taxi to airport on my check out. She is very attentive to all my question. And i requested iron in my room and they provided it immediately upon my check in without extra charge. The hotel also did daily housekeeping for my room and keep top up the free toiletries that i have used. I truly felt they go extra miles for hospitality. ♥️ Definitely recommended my friend and family to stay at this hotel whenever they come to Phu Quoc (An Thoi). Thank you Times Sorrento Boutique Hotel for the great hospitality. 😘

IndiaWe booked because of the free cable car tickets but when we woke up to go to the water park it was very rainy and the tickets were not able to be changed. The included breakfast wasn’t good quality - it arrived with half the items cold. I asked for a boiled egg instead of fried for my 2 year old and was told it wasn’t possible When we left the receptionist suggested we had stolen a hand towel. There was construction noise from across the street and also the kitchen on the basement level which interrupted my work
The location was good The shower was great. High pressure and hot water The bed was comfy The room was comfortable

United KingdomA couple fought below at 1am (ex clients) Housekeeping missed stale bread rolls left in the microwave. The Hills residence and adjoining buildings in Sunset Town are still unfinished and workmen on site. Depsite minor gripes above, I would stay again
Despite the small size of the restaurant, the food (except cooked breakfast) was very good and we had two pleasant evenings there. A pho for breakfast is delicious. The staff are pleasant and attentive. Prices for food and drink are great. (This was also the only place to make a decent Pina Colada) The family suite is a nice sized apartment up the hill and an electric buggy will move you and luggage between there and the Times Corner reception. (If you walk steps you can shortcut to the cable car building below)

NorwayThe hotel is situated in an artificial version of an Italian town and was a “ghost town” during our stay in Feb 2024. The room we stayed at had a connecting door to the neighbouring room with no soundproofing whatsoever. It was also really noise when people were passing our room in the hallway. The rooms are small and it is difficult to stay here with two suitcases. The bathroom walls are transparent (made of glass) and offer no privacy when using the toilet.
Hotel appears new and the room was clean. Breakfast was OK (á la carte) however limited to one food item and one drink item.
