Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—and we were pleasantly surprised by the lovely bath, which was a great added touch. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they kindly held onto our luggage for the day after check-out, which we really appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay again.

SingaporeWe need to bath at the bathtub which was pretty high and there was no security bar to hold. There was no rubber mat for us when we asked for one at the reception. It is not safe for old people or anyone and there isn't shower curtain and the floor area gets wet after bathing. The rooms we get were facing the main road and was noisy till midnight and early morning when cars start moving.
Breakfast was fine but they don't replace some stuff when it was finished. Location was not that great as we need to walk quite a distance to Dalat Centre when there are many hotels around Dalat Centre.

AustraliaThe western hill hotel in De Lat was a poor experience. Although the rooms were amazing , the air conditioning was turned off being off season. The food in the restaurant was disgusting. The breakfast buffet was below average with cold tea and coffee, cold soup and tasteless meals. Front counter staff were less than helpful. We ordered ice for drinks to the room and they never arrived.

AustraliaAfter our return, we were told that an early check in would be possible for an extra charge. We declined and waited for another 30 minutes. Then we were told that the room was ready. Still grateful for that.
You get what you pay for. The Hotel is in renovation, therefore the room rate heavely discounted. We arrived early and were able to leave the luggage there to discover the surrounding area. The room is also in need of renovation but was spacious and clean. Breakfast Buffet, served at the top floor, was enormous and superb.

VietnamThere are no air conditioners in the guest rooms. 2 fans were provided to my room, 309. But this is not enough! When I opened the room door, I could feel the heat of the room and I find it uncomfortable!
The breakfast at the 5th floor is excellent with a variety of food.
