The concept is truly amazing – a perfect blend of comfort and nature. The place feels peaceful and well thought out, making it a wonderful getaway. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but a special mention goes to Fat and Tam. They were always ready to assist with every request. Their warm hospitality made a huge difference. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phu Quoc!

The only thing we didn't like was leaving.

Reception staff were so helpfull. Polite and nothing was too much.when we needed the shuttle car it was within 3 mins. The cat and dogs were so friendly which we loved.location was great the food was brilliant and our villa was impressive.

We had such a lovely stay here. A jungle paradise that felt really laid back and homely. We were incredibly well looked after by all the staff. The breakfast was really fantastic, with the pho being a stand out. We loved the pets who brought a lot of joy to our days. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to those who want to enjoy the island but want a bit more nature.

Constructions around Villa. Due to the rainy season, some of the facilities are closed. Far from main road.

The staff went out of their way to make it comfortable, truly awesome people. Rooms big, love the outside bathroom, pool clean, breakfast great.

The room we stayed in was extremely clean and the property is situated off the main road so it was peaceful and very relaxing. The staff were amazing and helped us organize tickets to different attractions. The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection. You can rent scooters from the property and the free shuttle to the main road was so convenient. We had such a wonderful stay there and hope to return someday!

We loved the peaceful, forest setting and how quiet it was. The rooms were beautiful with good air con, fan and relaxing outdoor shower.

Bed was too hard for me. Maybe a bit far from a beach to go by walking. Few restaurants options nearby except if going to main road, by have to be careful come back before 10pm if want a ride back.

Swimming pool, breakfast are great. Staff always ready to take us to the restaurant or main road right away (until before 10pm). it is the last resort before the forest, so its like hidden place. Very romantic. And the garden is fabulous with lots of flowers.

The only small drawback was the presence of mosquitos, but the hotel thoughtfully offered a net, and frankly, I wasn't bitten much anyway. A truly enjoyable experience!

My stay at Valley Village was excellent! I was very impressed by the friendly staff and the incredibly spacious room, complete with a very wide and comfortable bed. Even during the humid rain season, the room's temperature was perfectly fine. The pool was a real highlight; I thoroughly enjoyed floating in it. Breakfast was a delight, and it was a pleasant surprise to be able to request pho, which was both clean and delicious.

It was a great stay with amazing people around, seamless service, and incredibly helpful staff. A perfect getaway from the city—truly a hidden gem surrounded by nature, fresh air, and wildlife. The breakfast was delicious, and the free golf cart rides to the city were super convenient. Extra facilities like massages, yoga, and a beautiful swimming pool were all included at a great price. The accommodation itself was stunning, with spacious bungalows and open-air bathrooms that made the experience unique. Honestly, we couldn’t have found a better place—we’re already missing it! Plus, they offer various tours around the island, which made exploring super easy and stress-free. Highly recommendet♡

Because you are in the jungle there are a lot of mosquitoes, so prepare good mosquitoes spray. You can ask the staff and or it as well.

I liked the fact to be far from the city but still close to the downtown. I also liked to be surrounded by nature and also the pet owned by the staff. The breakfast was good.

Nothing, everything was perfect

Everything about our stay was more than perfect! The room was very nice, clean and spacious, the pool and the garden very very beautiful and the staff was super friendly and very helpful with everything! Would definitely recommend everyone who travels to this beautiful island to stay at this hotel! It's a litte further away from the main road, but they offer a free transfer with a small electric car!

There is nothing to complain about

Tam and Phat are very warm people. They always has been helpful. We always could rely on them, if it was for a ride with the electric car or the good advices around our stay (for example the Bus to town or Airport is free) we really enjoyed our stay in this place even ich those nice people around us. We defently will come back

Located right on the jungle where iguanas and monkey say good night to each other. Pho for breakfast was very yummy. Hotel provides shuttle to the beach, however pool was super clean and perfect for swimming sun bathing.

Lovely people. Beautiful jungle experience. The shuttle bus to the beach or high street was very convenient. Staying in the centre of Phu Quoc made going to the north and south of the island easy.

We have been to the starfish island under suggestion of the staff. It was a trap for tourists and the starfish are all dead because of the stupid behave of the locals and tourists who touch and grab them to the coast. The staff of the Village should not advice the Starfish Coast anymore.

All the village is incredible, rooms are so nice and the bathroom open is awesome! The reception is so kind and available for plan any type of trip for you around the island.
