We’ve been staying here basically once or twice a year for about 7 years. Starting to get a bit run down - lots of rubbish, old bikes, cement blocks, bamboo construction posts etc just stored around - get rid of them! The alcohol display in the dining room is not used, an eyesore and dusty - get rid of it!

Earth Villa is a comfortable oasis about a 20 minute easy walk from the craziness of Old Town, Hoi An. The furnishing are traditional vietnamese and very pretty. My room was big and the bathroom was half the size of the room. Many people stay there for weeks at a time and go back year after year. The breakfast was great; the pool is fabulous; the hosts are very friendly and helpful. I found out about Earth Villa from a friend who stays there and I'm glad I stayed there too.

While it’s wonderful to have bicycles available, they need better maintenance. At least for us, a bicycle to get out and enjoy the area is an important part of our stay in Hoi An.

Very large comfortable room with windows on multiple sides. Even though it’s on a busy road, it was very quiet at night. Hosts work hard to make everything nice.

Fantastic family run homestay in a perfect location between the old town and the beach. Spacious rooms set in a beautiful garden around a sparkling pool. Nice and quiet. We were so well looked after by Mrs Hua who made us delicious breakfasts and cleaned our room. We stayed a month in this very affordable little bit of paradise. Highly recommended

Nothing. The only hiccup we had was that they don’t take all cards. However I will be going back, and am recommending the stay to friends.

Breakfast on other reviews got a good write up. I found it very average. Rooms could be cleaner. Loose wiring was a bit of a worry. Ran by a family, but the English was very poor for a place that replies on tourists

Wonderful family run homestay. Quiet and relaxed, clean, lovely pool. Helped us with trip and taxi booking. We stayed for 10 nights, it was a home from home. Bikes always available and the location is perfect for exploring countryside, beach and town, all accessible by bike.

Excellent breakfast was ordered from a nice selection, the night before. The pool was watm, clean and very accessible. Management and Staff were very attentive and went beyond in helping my sister Obtain medical care and provide answers or suggestions to any questions.

We LOVED The Earth Villa! It was a beautiful place to stay run by a lovely family. It was beautifully decorated inside and out and sparkling clean. We even loved staying in just to relax because it was so comfy and our room with the balcony was so nice! It's in a great location, between the beaches and old town - easy scooter/bike ride to both. Don't miss out on Hoa's breakfast either! Banana pancakes 🤤 We hope to return one day 💛

Everything Beautiful garden and big rooms. The Family who runs the place are really nice. The wifi is excellent. The pool are great and perfect for the kids! The location is great, We really enjoyed staying outside the crowded old town. Its much calmer here. We also went with the free bicycles -short way to the rice fields. We added an extra night to our stay, absolutely worth it.

Excellent variety for breakfast. Huge selection of fresh fruit available daily. Sun beds were in the shade most of the day. Staff communicated constantly and went out of their way to assist.
