Bear in mind that my room had no window or air circulation. The room was warm. There is AC in the room, so it just a few minutes of warm room to deal with.

This is a nice place to stay, clean and quite premises, comfy bed to sleep. It has good links to the city centre or travel around Ho Chi Minh. Close to the airport with 20 minutes of can drive. The owner will help you if you need assistance. Supermarket and food stalls a couple of minutes distance away. Bus 36 will take to city centre and major attractions.

The reception was also the living room, so if we had to go out or we're returning after 23:00 we felt bad that we had to wake up someone sleeping there.

I liked the balcony, helpfull staff, it was really clean. And the WiFi was really amazing!.

its a little far from sightseeing spot, so you might take taxi to get there. but if you are looking for nice local place, Thai house is best.

The blanket is just a naked comforter. There is no external cover for the comforter. The water pressure is weak for overhead shower. Lack of hot water at night.

Very noisy, you can hear other people’s steps, talks, music. Also, they usually lock the main door in the evening, so if someone wants to come in, you will hear the door bell at night. It made me up several times when I was sleeping. If someone is smoking downstairs, you can easily smell it in your room.

Everything is very clean. All the furniture is new, there is everything you need in the room. You can ask the owner if you need to use kitchen or washing machine. Comfortable bed. Very fast wifi. The owner is very friendly and helpful, he speaks English. A bit far from the center, but there is a bus station near the place, very convenient to get to the center.

The neighbourhood was busy and so a little bit noisy.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was always clean. The owner thai and his wife van are very kind and good people. They help whenever needed. They don't disturb you. They gave me vietnamese goodies to taste. Thank you so much.

They lock the front door at night which can be annoying because you need them to open it for you.

Most friendly man I've ever met. Drove me around with his bike to the bank and shop. Rented a scooter and when I had problems with the scooter he ubstabtly replaced it with another.

Thai and Van are quite nice couple who take care of you in a caring way. The city is not so easy. For me very stressful. The more I felt very comfortable with you. The sanitary facilities are very modern and the room very clean! Thai is good with plants and the roof terrace helps you relax. I would go to them again!

Everything was absolutely great, except for 1 detail (I don't believe in perfection anyway, so a 10 is impossible in any case): the only thing was that the living room is not separated from the stairway, so with people downstairs speaking, even while being on the second floor, I could very clearly hear them. Just a minor thing, but still worth a mention for me.

Great house, hidden away but still in a very nice area. Simply amazing host/s sharing their own place, and being extremely helpful and kind. Very tasteful design, all the facilities you need, super comfortable. Near perfect! And the Hu Tieu we went out for, especially with loads of extra garlic and that sweet-and-salty, slightly spicy sauce, YUM!!

Ants everywhere The old lady doesn't allow us to bring our shoes to our room, even when we pack them in a bag, and not wear them at all. Otherwise, she allows a foreigner to bring her shoes to her room. Racist? With Vietnamese people? :)

The room is not as clean as the image uploaded by Thai Van Home. I expected the most clean room, but this room made me disappointed. The wall in bedroom very dirty with many stains and also the sink in bathroom as dirty as not cleanup after a long time. The staff is not willing to help or be empathetic to their customers. In my experience, when we arrived at Thai Van home about 4:30 PM to check in, she was very sleepy and she did not focus on any customer's questions.

The location is close to a lot of local restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops.

The owner had to repeat herself that she has cameras around the house, which i found pretty awkward. You have to share the house with owners who live on 1st floor so they can hear you coming back home or leaving, and this can be quite annoying and not so private. Plus, this is a pretty small house with limited parking area so it would be challenging for you if you have a motorbike.

Affordable price, location is good, room facilities is great, very clean.
