Nice little hotel style room, great for the price we got it at.

Overbooking saying that booking.com system was not working. they ask me to move to another hotel 1km away. Luckily i came by motorbike. New Hotel was not on the front beach but at least it was nice.

No breakfast 🥴 Direct sun so curtains remained mostly closed, although there was a kettle there were no cups or tea/coffee supplied (unlike in the photo) when asked i was told they’re not supplied 🤔 . My main problem was being able to find it having been dropped off by the bus company early morning, some distance away. Walking on the same side of the road i walked past it twice because i was focus on finding a hotel - not a Spa! Its easy to locate it if walking beach side of the road but not otherwise. I think signage on the window would make a big difference. I had to ask for help several times. I know its not the fault of the hotel but beach can be noisy with games in the day and with bars and loud music at night. One night (a Saturday) i was kept awake with the intense base reverberating in my room and even after midnight when volume was reduced i was still kept awake til 2:45 when it stopped.

The room was visited by housekeeping every day to change towels, check on toilet paper and sweep the floors. They left water every day and whenever you needed more you could ask. Bed was comfortable and even though i had a balcony (with a nice sea view) it was too hot and noisy to enjoy it but just enough room to bring the small table and chair inside. A request for more coat hangers was also quickly remedied. Showered any time of day with no water issues

Slow lift and no credit card reader.

Location, location, location! Basically beach front. You Walk out the door, cross the road and you’re at the beach! Cleaning ladies and staff are nice! Water and towels everyday. Great value for money! Nice rooftop view to watch sunrise!

The elevator is very slow, not an issue just a bit annoying. Our room wasn’t very clean, the bedsheets hadn’t a bit dirt on them.

The hotel is in a good location and easy to get to. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was overall nice and for one night it was good value for money. Bear in mind there is construction going on in the hotel but that didn’t bother our stay.

Wi-fi was not good. The room was so basic even we booked a room with seaside view. The room needs a renovation. No credit cards option. Very very slow elevator. Bathroom drain was so slowly.

As soon as you pass the road you reach beach. Very vivid area, nice places to eat and lots of supermarkets. A/C works very good

The staff was really rude. On booking you can see that you can pay by card, thats why we chose this hotel, but you can’t so we had to withdraw the money. The receptionists never said hi or good morning. The stairs were kinda scary. As it is also spa, the staff from the spa were sleeping in the middle of the “reception”. Also when we were arguing with the staff (that didn’t know a single word in English), they started laughing at us. Well, I hope I’ll never have this experience ever again.

The staff were very odd when I went to pay. Card didn’t work and they tried to get me to pay via a link that didn’t work. When I went to pay with cash they said they didn’t have any cash to give me back, even though I saw the cash box 🤨

My king size bed room was not ready, or sell to someone else, in exchange I was getting and a very small room with 2 small beds, no windows, just terrible

I did not have any breakfast. Moreover, no staff mentioned that option (even to buy for it for 2 days). No coffee, tea and even an unbroken tea cup on the table. It is uneasy to watch the TV with normal channel as only payable movies are displayed but no direct instructions are given for renting or buying such movies online.

The realistic conditions of this "discounted price" room should be described with another option to upgrade it if a customer wishes to do so after seeing it. Because, the whole Hotel is advertised as at "beachfront" but this room is a "match box" with one side of wall (next to the bathroom and bed) is unusually hot... i.e. "you stuck what you see"!

Just an amazing stay! Lovely view, lovely room and a lovely city! We already miss staying there, and can't wait to go back there again. For that is for sure, if we're going back to Nha Trang, there is no other place we want to stay! The service we got there, from before we checked in, with transfer from the airport, all throughout our stay, to the transfer to the airport, the service was impeccable. Couldn't ask for better!

The hotel is beautiful, clean, fully equipped with necessary items. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly with guests from check in to departure. Next time I have time, I will stay longer
