Our room only had a bathtub with an extendable shower head so no standing shower and staff were not as hospitable as other hotels we've stayed at in Vietnam (but the bar is very high!)

One small tip: if possible, it would be great to have the option to pay for tours by credit card. Other than that, everything was perfect!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff made the experience even better. Receptionists Lili and May were incredibly helpful with giving tour options (BaNa Hills, Cham Islands etc.) and transport for day trips to Hue and Hoi An, and were always available via WhatsApp for any questions.

I love their breakfast. They have lots of options. The receptionist named Hoai Van is amazing. She was very helpful and attentive to our request. She immediately reached out to me as soon as I confirmed the booking. She arranged our airport transfer, and she helped me in our Da Nang tour. The hotel is of good value of money. Very good location and near to the beach.

The lifts are really slow, can spend 5-7 minutes waiting to come down or go up. The gym facilities need to be improved.

Staff were great, especially Lili, who was outstanding and did an incredible job. She had great manners, was efficient with her tasks, and effective with guests and teammates. Furthermore, she was knowledgeable, authentic and had a bright personality and disposition. She helped myself and other guests using her excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and she had top tier decision making abilities. The hotel should hold on to her employment and look to significantly further her pay and position.

The breakfast was average. The pool area was not very inviting The room was a lot smaller than the picture.

The actual property differs somewhat from what’s shown in the pictures, but it’s still acceptable and quite comfortable.

House keeping clean daily and change towels, but don’t change bed linen regularly, even after nearly two weeks! You have to ask. Cigarette smoke wafting into my room via the bathroom extraction fan! There are signs everywhere saying a VND 900,000 fine might be imposed, but it’s not enforced. Plus, it is VERY noisy outside the rooms in the corridors from group bookings bunched into shared rooms, all knocking on each others doors and talking VERY loudly!

The breakfast was not good at all. Not much option, we tried just opting for toast but even the butter wasn’t very nice. If you can, don’t opt for a breakfast option and eat breakfast in the city - there are plenty of delicious options. As well as this, the rooftop area seems a bit rundown.

TGT Beach hotel was really good. The location was great, right next to the beach yet you still get the city feel as you’re surrounded by restaurants, bars and buildings. We were glad we stayed near the beach after exploring the city centre. Room was clean and very comfortable, we had a great view of the city.

The shower was terrible, it was connected to the bathtub and you had to lift it above your head, they really need fixed showers. The gym is super dirty and lacking equipment, a lot of it is rusted. You would walk away filthy after using the equipment.

The location is amazing, super close to the beach! the bed was huge and comfortable. The staff are friendly too!

The room is modern and was comfortable for a one night stay. Location was handy for visiting the beach with plenty of food and drinks options near by. Also lots of laundry places if needed.
