Location is quiet and quite convenient to go around. Room was nice and clean, quite comfortable for such a low price, and shower is especially strong, better than most places I have stayed at.

As I mentioned room small 163 sqft. my room location 5th floor, elevator only went to 4th floor, strange, but not inconvenient.

Clean & comfortable room and furnishings, room a little bit small, but frig excellent, elec kettle, wardrobe, hot water, daily fresh towels and bottled water. Location in quiet side street close to vincom plaza, several 4.7-4.8 rated restaurants nearby and host friendly, greeting me every morning and night, more to my liking than touristic center.

We weren’t sure what to expect for a €10/a night hotel room but it was great. Everything was super decent, the beds were comfortable and we had a fan and AC. We only stayed for one night so it was perfect for what we needed. The location was in the center with plenty of restaurants and the likes.

The bathroom was on the small side but was commensurate with the price.

My room had a balcony overlooking the alleyway. It had plenty of windows and was spacious enough. Overall there was a "vacation" vibe to the hotel that many other places in Vietnam lack. Perhaps it was the clean, breezy look and the plants in the hallway.

The hotel was perfect for our stay in Hue. Very close to the river and most attractions. Our room was on the 4th floor, very quiet. Air conditioning was very good, and the staff always helpful. We would definitely consider staying here next time we visit Hue.

The beds were comfortable, the staff was worried to help you and location was super. We were carrying big suitcases but there was an elevator so it wasn’t a problem. They rented motorcycles, so it was very convenient.

We were given a clean and bright room on the top floor with 3 sides of large windows and a cute balcony with a small fish pond. As the place is tucked away in an alley (typical for small accommodation/homestay in Vietnam), it's very quiet at night. The location is great, within walking distance to the Imperial palace and the night market. All front desk staff are nice and speak good English, communication isn't an issue. I personally appreciate the full sized mirror at the door of the wardrobe, which is very handy. Air-con worked well and was reasonably quiet.

Excellent location, lovely staff, couldn't be more helpful. There are excellent places to eat nearby too (Cafe on Thu Wheels is excellent and does brilliant bike tours!).

We stayed here one night as we passed through Hue, we had a lovely, warm welcome. The room was comfortable, the balcony had a nice view down the street and had chairs and a table. The air con works well, good fridge, hot, powerful shower. The owner recommended great Bun Bo Hue. Great breakfast place next door, and situated on a quiet alley off a busier street.

Everything was OK.

The staff is extremly helpfull to organize your trips around Hue (motorbike with driver). Good English is spoken. More good restaurants are around the hotel. The Citadel is about 10-15 minutes walking time.

One of our favourite stays so far after a month in Vietnam. The room was super clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and even let us check in early. The location is down a quiet alleyway, 5 minute walk from the main going out areas. Our stay was honestly faultless. Such good value for 280K a night.

The area is very humid and some mold could be felt in the facilities. Not a big deal but a problem if you are allergic. I did not bother to report it to the staff because nothing they could do.

Staff very polite and helpful. Speaks English. Value for money. Possible do laundry and rent scooter.
